Clear filters Great place, will definitely go again
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Brilliant place, not huge with loads of people.
The showers and toilets are very up to date and clean.
We booked last minute for a meet with friends and had a great time. Kids enjoyed seeing the pigs, sheep and chickens and I couldn't fault the site at all. Really clean and well looked after.

Small and simple but not intimate
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Upon our earlier than expected arrival we were given a choice of pitches.
Facilities were functional and clean. Electric hookup was the full fat 16A.
Location is windier than nearby village.
The beach is a 30 min walk away. I would advise getting some proper maps as Google appeared to invent a footpath across a neighbouring farm.
Nearest shop (Coop) in Hunmanby is an easy cycle away.
Lovely, little campsite

Just back from a lovely weekend away.
We had a warm welcome from the site host. Lovely quiet site. Limited number of facilities (2 toilet 2 shower per gender), if busy times were avoided, it wasn't so bad. Great onsite farm pets which my son enjoyed feeding.
Only improvement would have been onsite freezer access, particularly in such warm weather. We will definitely stay again :)

Free showers. Clean toilets.
Nicely away from the hustle & bustle of the seaside but in easy reach of Filey, Bridlington & Scarborough.
But no freezer block freezer.

I did go when it was quiet. I found the facilities extremely clean. Shower and toilet block were clean and in good working order. Very friendly people. I have no complaints. The main reason for my visit was to try out a VW Transporter camper van to see if I liked it. I am considering buying one maybe in the future. Didn't want to travel too far just in case I didn't like the experience. At the end of the visit, everything was good. Simon.
Nice, quiet little campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Lovely little farm site with fantastic amenities. You could even buy eggs from site which are direct from the farm.
You can also buy food to feed the animals for a small fee.
Would recommend and stay again.

2 showers when the site is full are not enough and push button shower does long enough with there is no temperature control.

No information on site, never saw the owners/managers once. Toilet and shower blocks had a 1980s feel and could be improved. Not really suitable for motorhomes as no apparent chemical waste point and no where to dispose of grey waste unless using a bucket.
For £40 per night, we have experienced much better facilities is just as lovely surroundings.
Graffitoe farm VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Very clean. Lovely people. Nice quiet location and easy access to local sites of interest.
Toilets and showers clean but only two of each for ladies and same for men. Luckily was not busy when we went. Nowhere to put your clean clothes etc when having a shower apart from hook on door or the flour which gets wet.
Would maybe try a different site if I was in the area again.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 Few animals on site for kids to pet. Only thing was the showers and having to push the button every ten seconds. Definitely would go back.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 Small, pleasant site. Had electric hook up, water and shower block but kept the small farm feel which was nice. Kids loved feeding the animals. Spectacular views nearby. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 Great campsite, set on the farm with petting area with pigs, chickens, lambs etc for the kids. Clean and tidy site. Facilities are minimal, but clean and functional. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!!

Quiet farm location
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 A pleasant little site with good communication from the owner. Added bonus of a few farm animals. Facilities small but clean. No toilet roll in the middle of the night and into the next morning however.
Main issue was the ground, not really suitable for standard tent pegs due to hard stones. This was exasperated by the strong wind conditions leading the tents blowing over. If you camp here, take hard ground pegs for your tent.
Nearest shop is 40 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive which is a Co-op that's quite pricey. I would prefer to be closer to shops/pubs/beach. Pitches were spacious with a pleasant outlook.
It was peaceful and quiet too.

Lovely stay
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 A last minute booking on the last night of our holiday. We had toured scotland and were heading back down south. Needed a nice site. Googled and found the farm. Arrived and the site was spacious and well kept. Found our pitch easily. Toilet and shower block was modern and clean. Easy access to refuse, waste water and toilet emptying facilities. Booking was easy, and simple. Minute walk to the road side and had a sea view. Would highly recommend. And would return.

Roof Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 People were so kind and friendly. The site was quiet and not busy if you prefer a quieter space.
The animals on the site were lovely was nice to see something different on a campsite. Showers and toilets were very clean.
The staff were more than happy to help.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 We stayed over night in our tent, the campsite was lovely and in a great location and only 10 minutes drive into Filey.
The onsite facilities were really clean and tidy, we will definitely be back but next time for longer 🙂

Very handy for lots of local attractions while being quiet and pitches well spaced out. The girls enjoyed feeding the animals too.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 We recently spent a lovely weekend camping at Graffitoe Farm, and it couldn't have been better.
The campsite was beautifully clean and well-maintained, with spacious pitches and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. The toilets and shower facilities were spotless, and there was a handy washing-up area that made camp life super easy.
The owners were friendly and welcoming. And the location is great. We'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Graffitoe Farm.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 A friendly welcome by the owners and given a choice of pitch which was nice.
Sadly, it was very windy which spoilt our stay, but this was no fault of the site, although being on an elevation, the wind was more fierce.
The showers and W/C's were lovely and warm and very clean. Nice quiet site with lovely views.
