Little Acre Holiday Park is just a 15 minute drive from the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. This dog friendly touring park offers electric hardstanding pitches for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and roof tents, all located adjacent to the Lancaster Canal. Kendal and Kirkby Lonsdale are close by and accessible by a bus stop 100m away. The Crooklands Hotel pub is also within a two minute walk (booking recommended).

Very welcoming owners. Nothing too much trouble. Toilet and shower block very clean with little extras normally just found in a hotel. We couldn't start our break on the day we booked due to a family problem but owner happy moved the stay back a day. So we are now here on Friday night and can enjoy the pizza night.

The cleanest site we have ever visited. Paul is a very diligent site owner and its very obvious customer satisfaction is very imortant to him. An absolute gem of a site.

We've been looking for a place on the way back from Scotland for ages now, this is perfect! Quiet, minutes off the motorway, minutes from a cracking pub and all the facilities we need to close down the campervan for a week, such as chemical toilet disposal etc. Friendly welcome when we got there. See you again soon!

Lovely site on the banks of the Lancaster canal. Very friendly and helpful owner. Pub and restaurant 200 yards offering good food.

We had a super stay at this little gem of a site, with my wife and my daughter's corgi. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and informative. We had a bus ride (with the stop just 10 seconds away) to Kirby Lonsdale for a meal and a few beers, then returned for a beer in the local pub (again just outside the campsite). The toilets and showers were immaculate, the pitches and hook-ups perfect, and overall we had a 5 star stay. Thanks to Paul and his family for such a warm welcome, and thoroughly enjoyable short break.

Lovely little site run by the nicest people. I slept like a baby all 6 nights. I will definitely go back again.
