Burnbake Campsite is a relaxed and dog friendly site, with Studland Beach only a 15 minute drive and Corfe Castle just ten minutes away. There are grass pitches both with and without electric hook ups, all of which are suitable for tents and small touring units, as well as electric hardstanding pitches, suitable for campervans and motorhomes, and luxury lodges. If you're after that authentic camping vibe, fire pits are welcome.

Beautiful site. Showers good. Shop onsite but I didn't use it. Food onsite, but again I didn't use it. Met some nice helpful campers.

Amazing location, we could see nightjars flying over our heads in the evening, which was very special! Amazing veggie breakfast bap!

A very large campsite, which would get very busy during the summer months. However, there are only a few blocks of showers and one toilet block, can't imagine this would be good in the busier periods. The large group fields have porta loos but no showers so you need to walk to the main block for a shower. Only 10 electrical hook-up pitches. Good location for beach - walking - cycling.

This campsite clearly gets busy, which in-turn creates a few issues. Firstly, for me, there aren't enough facilities for the numbers using the site. Additionally, the hot water in the showers operate on a push button system, which would be more acceptable if after each push the hot water lasted longer than less than a minute! On the plus side, the facilities were kept clean. With large numbers of campers comes noise and this site got quite noisy between 9.00pm and what seemed like midnight on Friday and Saturday. Finally, there was lots of space, but no getting away from loud campers in family groups.

We do get busy at weekends, and we put a lot of additional toilets in the fields to help deal with the demand. I'm pleased to read that you found our facilities to be clean as our team work tirelessly on them. We have wardens patrolling the site until 11pm and have a 10:30pm noise rule which we enforce across the site. Thanks again for leaving us a review and if you ever get the chance to visit us again, then we are very quiet during midweek periods outside of summer holidays. Thanks, Burnbake Team.

100% recommend. Had a lovely 2 night stay. Check in was nice and easy! Amazing that they have a little café. Very clean, very tidy and extremely well looked after. They even placed temporary showers closer to the busy fields so people didn't have to walk too far in their shower outfits. The only tiny tiny negative I could say is that the temp showers heads could do with adjusting. Bit of a blast in the face and everything in the chamber gets wet, but I would take that every day to stay again! Will 100% be going back. Nothing better than having a little camp fire with the dog next to us.

Brilliant location, very affordable and overall, an unforgettable trip! After finishing our A-Levels me and my friends decided to go on a camping trip and I stumbled across Burnbake. After looking at pictures, I thought it was a lovely location to go to but after arriving it turned out to be better than anything we could've expected, the views around were absolutely beautiful and the facilities were amazing. The location of the place was perfect as we had plenty to do, keeping us occupied over our stay. As well, the facilities were top notch with excellent staff who were always helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend a stay at Burnbake - my friends and I could not think of a single complaint!

Only down side was little muddy things everywhere in the early hours of the morning, but that's not the site's fault, just unfortunate.

This was our first time camping just the 1 night for a trial. We couldn't have picked a better place. The staff, site and facilities were all amazing. Dogs enjoyed the woodland walks. Other campers are so friendly. Will 100% be going back.

Tried this as our normal campsite was waterlogged. £13 more expensive but did have a shop and café.

Really lovely campsite in close proximity to beautiful beaches and countryside. The woodland camping area was a really beautiful place to pitch our tent and we loved waking up amongst the trees. There were all sorts of people camped alongside us, all of whom were lovely - from families and experienced solo campers to people trying out their vans for the first time. Great atmosphere, super clean facilities- providing washing up liquid was a really nice touch! It would have been nice if the Snack Shack were open when we visited but we managed without and understand why it was closed in October. We'll certainly be back and have made plans to bring friends too!

Very happy with all basically and it suited our young family of 5 with a tent and campervan. Great location between Swanage and Corfe Castle. The only downside was a persistent hum in the night from what I believe was some distant farm machinery. Great to hear the steam train chuffing in the distance!

Very good campsite. The main campsite allows you to pitch anywhere so great for finding a shady area. Unfortunately, a couple arrived on our last night and decided to converse rather loudly at 2am!

I will of course come back to Burnbake! I especially liked the wooded area to pitch the tent, I hate the heat and the trees provided a calm and cooling atmosphere. The facilities were optimal, the café had lovely burgers and the staff were very helpful. Only a 20 minute drive to lovely beaches. What else can you wish for?

A perfect mix between laidback and peaceful and good social interaction. Us Dutchies had lovely contact with other campers and staff. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely lovely, quiet and convenient little campsite, especially if you want to get away and not have your kids on their phones all the time, because the phone signal is proper pants. Fine for calls just not data.
