Fantastic!

Absolutely wonderful site. The staff are so friendly and it is very clean and tidy. Facilities are superb. Footpaths lead to the sea, around 30 mins walk. Cafes along the way. The track leading in is very rutted, but at a slow speed it's doable.

There was some damage to the entrance lane caused by the recent wet weather but we have been working hard to repair it now we are getting some drier weather and we should be finished soon ready for the main season in April. Lovely spot

Really lovely spot. Open all year and was nice and quiet. Good range of facilities but some closed for the Winter. The showers available seemed a little tired (the main ones were closed so can't comment on those) but were very clean.

Very quite and nice looking area

Friendly welcome and very clean

Very warm, genuine friendly welcome at reception. Helpful tips given for local area and local map. Very quiet site no doubt due to time of year. Immaculately clean toilets and showers. Would recommend this site and may well return with another tent boxer. 20 mins flat walk to East Wittering beach, and town.

September stay....nice time

Had a nice stay at the site, washrooms/showers were clean and adequate. Not too far to walk/drive to local town.

Really enjoyed our stay, facilities were excellent.

Really enjoyed our stay and thought your facilities were excellent. However because of the rain we found, being at the furthest point of the camp (tent) site and not being able to drive on the grass, a problem. This facilitated numerous extended trips carrying items back to the car.

For future reference we do run a shuttle service using our lightweight 4wd utility vehicle during wet weather, just book a slot at reception when you require it. 'Model' campsite

This is probably the best site at which I have ever stayed. My son and I wanted a site convenient for the Goodwood Revival and I don't think we could have done better. It was windy all the time, but there was some degree of shelter and overall we were very comfortable. The only downside is the state of the access road, but in all other respects 'thank you' Stubcroft for an enjoyable stay!

Pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Stubcroft Farm Campsite. The site was very clean. Showers and toilets cleaned regularly. Excellent washing up room. We did feel that pitches were a little close together and we had an extra large hard standing pitch. East and West Wittering both within walking distance. Bracklesham also only a 15 minute walk, but would advise that track has a lot of flooded areas. We had family join us on site, 1 staying in an onsite caravan and the other in their own caravan. We all commented on the cleanliness of facilities The site was very peaceful with no traffic noise. Staff helpful and always on hand. I would say that I felt £2.50 for a can of Sprite from onsite shop was a little on high side. We actually extended our stay by one extra night, as the weather was good and the site was very nice.

Unfortunately the heavy rain before you arrived did leave one of the tracks to the beach full of puddles, but they soon dry up. As we are in the countryside, its advisable during autumn to bring waterproof boots just in case. Lovely campsite

We had a lovely stay at Stubcroft Farm. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The site were really well looked after the facilities were spotless. Pitches were level and a good size.

Nice location, great facilities and good value for money

We had a good stay. The site had everything we needed based on location and facilities, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. A little more privacy between pitches, by means of soft landscaping would be welcomed, but if that's not something that bothers people there is little this site doesn't have.

Very nice, but noisy

Nice site but due to the site allowing large family groups, it was very noisy. Would return but not in school holidays.

Hi Thanks for your kind comments. Like most campsites near the beaches, we do get very busy with families during the school holidays, especially at weekends. The best months to come if you prefer it quieter are earlier in the season in April, May & early June or September. Midweeks from Sunday to Thursday are also much quieter than weekends. Great weekend

We had an excellent stay, the campsite is extremely well run and established. Plenty of space, great facilities, good fresh pastries in the morning. I'd highly recommend this site, great for adults or families. Thanks very much.

Little to fault with it

the site is reached by a single track farm road with a rough surface. There's passing places for caravans going in opposite directions and they're sufficiently frequent to prevent problems arising. The pitches are flat with a very slight slope. There's a small shop in reception selling milk and BBQ meat, sweets and a few basic camping equipment essentials. The site is well signposted. There's not much shade so in a heatwave you might want to be wary of being out in the sun all day. The showers are clean and efficient. There's 6 or 7, I think, male showers, plus a similar number of toilet stalls and the same number again of female showers and toilets, serving a site of 106 pitches. It seems to be adequate. There's a family shower room and disabled facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. There were several groups of young men and young women around school leaver age. They were all well behaved and respectful towards other campers. There was no noise late at night. I was very impressed by this. I liked this site a lot and would recommend it.

4 night camp

Lovely setting. Nice level pitches. Friendly staff, always on hand if needed. Nice to be able to order fresh pastries for breakfast. Only slight downside was it was Goodwood weekend, and the many overnight campers going to it had little or no regard for those that were not, especially at 5.30am, with lots of shouting across to each other, door banging etc. It would not stop us coming again, but will avoid this weekend in future.

Hi Linda, Thanks for your kind comments, The Goodwood Festival of Speed does attract a different clientele from the rest of the year, we do ask them to park their cars near the campsite entrance and leave quietly but there are a few that ignore this - on the plus side there are some interesting cars on site that weekend! 😊 We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon!

Just the job!

The staff were so helpful and constantly working on the upkeep of the site. Just a short bike ride or walk to the beach, very good!

Great stay

We had a lovely trip camping with baby and friends. We have decided to make it an annual event, the campsite was perfect for us!

Very well organised

We were very impressed with Stubcroft Farm Campsite. The staff were especially helpful and went out of their way to help us on our very first caravan stay.

Great weekend

Fabulous location and site, we had a wonderful weekend. Easy walking to East and West Wittering. The campsite was full, so showers were a bit of a queue but clean and plenty of hot water. Really well run site. Nice touches like pastries to order. We will be back 😁

Excellent campsite, highly recommend

Amazing campsite, the staff are all welcoming and helpful, the facilities are spotless and our pitch was a great size for our tent. Highly recommend staying here, one of the best campsites I've been to.

Good clean campsite with very friendly staff

The campsite was nice and only a 20-30 minute walk to East Wittering beach, the facilities were good and very clean! The staff were really friendly!

Wonderful camping holiday

Fabulous friendly staff, very welcoming. Very clean facilities, with ample hot water. Great location very near Brackelsham Bay, East and West Wittering. Lovely restaurants close by and convenience stores. Great holiday. Thank you xx

Really nice campsite and facilities were really clean. The staff couldn't be more helpful and were really friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
