This park offers year-round camping and touring options for caravans, motorhomes, and tents, with hardstanding and grass pitches. These measure 6m x 6m, and optional 10 amp electric hookups (metered) are available too. Set on 70 acres of countryside, the site is home to activities including a well-stocked coarse fishing lake with carp, roach, and tench and a nine-hole golf course for both casual putters and avid golfers alike. The clubhouse features a bar, restaurant, and a big-screen TV too. There's more to explore beyond the park's borders. The site is just a 15 to 20 minute drive from Shaftesbury and Sherborne, with its abbeys, castles, museums, and a lake for kayaking (or more fishing). Seasonal pitches are available, too. Dogs are welcome. However, they must be kept on leads at all times. The site is located next to an airfield, but this is only used by the air ambulance on rare occasions.
