About The Little Yurt Meadow

There are three lined, self contained yurts onsite, each with their own AGA logburners and a large comfortable bed and furniture. Choose from GG's Yurt, Duncan's Place, and Grumpy's Retreat and relax in their own unique interiors. You'll also find a welcome hamper on arrival. As well as a comfortable bed with fresh linens, the yurts also include a large double sofa bed (additional bed linen needs to be purchased for pull out bed), living space with kitchen area complete with oven, cooker top, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and a six litre fridge. Outside, you can enjoy use of a fire pit and outdoor seating - perfect for cooking up a campfire treat. And don't miss out on the addition of the wood fired hot tub, located next to the 'Big Shed' games room. For added luxury during your glamping holiday, there are a number of packages available. Towel package includes a hand towel and bath towel. Bed linen package includes two pillow cases and pillow, a duvet and duvet cover and a bed sheet. A number of hampers are also available for purchase and ideal for couples. A luxury hamper contains fresh bread, breakfast condiments, free range eggs, sausages, tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice, red wine, cheese biscuits, cake and even chocolates! A BBQ hamper includes sausages, a choice of flavoured chicken (drums or wings), burners, corn on the cob and fresh bread rolls. For the mornings, a breakfast hamper includes free range eggs, bacon, sausages/chipolatas, fresh bread, butter, condiments, tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice. Sorry, no pets allowed here.

Yurt facilities include a fire pit, BBQ and outdoor seating. A private wet room is located at the site's 'Big Shed' recreational area where you can also play table tennis, pool, darts and more.

The wood store onsite provides free wood for your first fire and an honesty box for any additional wood required.
