About the site
With stunning views over the Surrey Hills Area of Natural Beauty, this family-friendly campsite is ideally located half a mile from Seale and a ten minute drive from Guildford. It's an eco-conscious site set on a family-run rural estate and working beef farm where they grow hops for beer, plant lots of trees, and much more. There are 50 spacious grass pitches without electric hook up, spread out over a slightly sloping hill with lovely countryside views. Each one allows up to six people and accepts tents and small campervans. The owners have designed the campsite to be super environmentally friendly. All the structures were constructed by the forestry team, using the site's own wood! In fact, the woodland showers are repurposed from old hop tractor tarpaulins. Relax at this spacious back-to-basics site or explore the North Downs Way trail, perfect for dog walkers. A maximum of four dogs are allowed per pitch for an additional cost. Please keep them on the lead.

A great stay at the clean and tidy (for wild camping) Wagoners. The toilets & wash blocks worked really well, the open air showers were freezing but good fun for an experience. Lovely walks straight from the campsite too.

Peaceful campsite although at night you can hear the A3 quite clearly. Beautiful setting and great eco facilities. Dogs not allowed off there lead which I thought was odd. Definitely will be back.

Amazing Campsite....Amazing Warden...Amazing Guard Dogš The pitches are large (although not flat!) All the amenities you would need for camping off grid...and more! Everyone was friendly and respectful (I suspect this place only entices a certain type). Wish I could have stayed longer, but will be back soon to tackle some of the bike and walking routes offered.
