About the site
This small, peaceful campsite offers adults the opportunity to unwind and switch off. There are numerous country walks along local lanes and footpaths, and it's the perfect place to bring the dog too! There is plenty of space with only 20 unallocated tent pitches, allowing up to three guests each. Make your choice between the sheltered woodland or the spacious meadow. Some pitches even overlook the water! Great for those wanting a digital detox, there is no WiFi and limited mobile phone signal. You'll go home rested and relaxed. There are also three glamping cabins onsite, each fully furnished with a wood burner to stay nice and cosy. Spend a morning in the hide with the binoculars, and you may spot herons, egrets, muntjac and much more. There is also an onsite information centre and book swap. When you arrive, just park your car in the car park in the paddock, and grab a wheelbarrow to transport your things. For evenings onsite, there are BBQ and fire pits to borrow, or feel free to bring your own. Disposable BBQs and ground fires are prohibited. Dogs are also welcome to join you for your stay, with up to two permitted on some pitches.
