Conker was a delight!!

Hele Valley Holiday Park is in a lovely quiet site; one feels quite cosseted by the trees surrounding the cabins. Our pod was perfect; it had everything we needed--great little kitchenette, comfortable bed, the bonus of a hot tub, the decor was very tasteful & it was immaculately clean. Our daughter & family were in the camper van area; our pod with deck area and extra table provided a great space to get together. It was the perfect place to stay for our day trip to Lundy Island. There are lovely beaches and interesting places to visit. The Corn Mill and tea room was a highlight.

Lovely facilities

Perfect location for a walk into town. Close by beach, pubs and restaurants. Best on site facilities I’ve ever experienced.

Hidden gem of tranqulity

Beautiful site

Beautiful and clean site. Very friendly staff, 10 minutes to beach, 25 minutes walk in to Ilfracombe. Will definitely be returning.

Relaxing holiday

A lovely clean and comfortable campsite. Facilities are very good. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Excellent site

Great site ideally located for walks into Ilfracombe, Hele Bay and local pubs. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the toilets and showers were spotlessly clean. Would return again.

Brilliant site

This site is tucked away in Hele, peaceful but really close to a lovely beach, cafe, pub and shop. The owners could not be more helpful or friendly. Lovely clean facilities and a very well kept but relaxed site. Will definitely visit again.

A beautiful location

A beautiful location, and lovely clean well maintained site, with reasonable prices. We stayed in July over the weekend on a hardstanding pitch, and it was so peaceful there, very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

Excellent site

Lovely site, quiet, incredibly well looked after by the owners who are friendly and helpful. I really liked the pitches as they are very generous with lots of space between them and well marked. The toilets and showers are immaculate. It's short walk down to the beach from the site.

We had a fabulous long weekend camping at Hele Valley

If we could give this campsite more stars we would gladly and we hope to camp there again. The walks into Watermouth and Ilfracombe are hard going on a hot day but well worth it. This site and its staff are an absolute gem and the attention to detail is superb. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great site layout and the size of our pitch was excellent. The location is superb and the shared facilities are excellent and clean. Great nature walk.

Great place to camp

The staff were amazing and so very helpful very welcoming. The site is beautiful and clean. The showers were perfect and perfect temperature. I'm definitely booking again to go there 10 out of 10.

Friendly, welcoming and clean

We wanted a stay to try out a new camper and this site was great for it. The amenities were spotless, the site very tidy and the site is situated in a great spot with easy access to Ilfracombe by road or foot. The walk has fantastic views out to sea. The plots were a good size and well kept with good hedging for privacy. Definitely will be visiting again.

Friendly and clean

Whilst the campsite charges more than some others local to the area, it deserves too, the upkeep of the grounds is very good and cleanliness is excellent. Very friendly staff, and a really nice quiet site to enjoy a restful vacation. Central to getting out and visiting other villages/towns should you wish to.

Great site

This was a last minute decision to spend the weekend away. We booked this site online having never been here before. Upon arrival we checked in at reception and were directed to our pitch location. We had booked an electric hook-up on a hard stand. The pitch was of a good size with the electric hook-up very close as was the water and grey waste drain. The only issue we encountered was getting the pegs for our awning into the ground through the stones/gravel. Our pitch was a short distance to the toilet/shower block which was spacious and very clean.

A lovely half term break

We had a lovely half term break at Hele Valley Holiday Park. The whole site was really well cared for. All facilities were clean and the checking process also very easy. Would highly recommend for families.

What a lovely find. Good location for beaches and attractions. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely site, fairly small but didn't feel cramped and was very close to local town.

Salty stay

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were very clean and tidy and to make it even better, the weather was fantastic.

Great location for a quiet getaway

What a great place to stay! Lovely scenery and facilities. Beautiful surroundings, large pitches and facilities very clean and well maintained! We wanted a quiet get away with walks near the cost and that's exactly what we found, bring your walking boots it's a good stomp! A lovely play park for small children and lots space to run about, dog walks great too.

Excellent place to stay

Hele Bay is lovely, well worth a visit. The campsite is an easy walk to the beach, coast path and local pub. The village is picturesque and unassuming. Locals are down to earth and friendly. Very relaxed spot for a holiday.

A great stay with very clean and comprehensive facilities. Highly recommended.
