We were pleasantly surprised with this campsite- a lovely location atop the hills overlooking Bourton on the Water. The toilet and shower facilities were clean and well stocked with toilet roll and soap, and the showers had instant warm water. The small shop/reception is excellent -with great coffee, local produce, beer/cider, ice cream and fruit and vegetables. There is also a selection of marshmallows (including vegan) for the essential campfire. Lovely little touches around the site too - such as wheelbarrows to help you transport stuff to/from the car park, a communal cookhouse and good signage.

We came down to the area to visit my older brother and were looking for a family friendly base. We were not disappointed. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the site itself was clean and well managed. There were enough toilets and showers for the size, that even when busy we didn't have to wait. The shop was stocked with a good range of food and essentials and the cook house had all the facilities you could need. We indulged on both Tuesday and Friday, getting the pizzas that were being made on site. This was a really nice touch and again the owners of this business were super friendly and the food was delicious. We were camping in our own tent, so I can't comment on the other accommodation to stay in, but everything looked well looked after. We stayed as a family, including two adults and three children between the ages of 13 and 2. We all loved the site. This time we got a fire bucket and had some lovely BBQs. We are already looking at dates for our visit next summer.

Relaxing two nights in one of the bell tents. Also hired a Bundlebed bedding set - this included towels, which was a good surprise. Compared to bringing our own tent, it meant we didn't have to worry about space in the car. The showers were hot, the shop had some handy bits (our son enjoyed the mini-sweet shop, and we stocked up on eco-friendly essentials), the coffees were delicious and it was great to have a back-up of a kettle/oven/fridge. We also thought nearby Bourton-on-the-water was a great visit, esp with kids. The campsite team were friendly and really helpful - overall helped us to relax in a lovely environment.
A lovely site with very good quality facilities.

A very well presented campsite with clean and spacious facilities. Good to grab a coffee at the farm shop. Hooks for clothes and towels in the shower room would be great.

Ideal location for exploring the main Cotswolds towns and sites and a short, albeit hilly, walk into Bourton On the Water for some fantastic pubs and restaurants. Great set up for dog owners with welcoming hosts and a lovely farm shop for fresh produce and fantastic coffee made it extra special. Only areas I could see room for improvement being provision for seating and tables to be able easily cater for ourselves Alfresco onsite. Additional hooks in the shower cubicles and provision of bedding. This was however all available to pre-order but at extra cost (which to me felt a little pricey). Most glamping experiences carrying the price rage we paid would have included this. That said I would totally recommend the place. It's a little gem.

The Wildings Campsite is an environmentally conscious campsite on the boundary of Bourton-on-the-Water. It has all the amenities you'd expect from a modern campsite; standalone toilets and showers, a kitchen and a small farm shop selling locally sourced goods. At the Wildings, there are areas designated for wildflower growth, which while they aren't out currently, will be quite the display once the season arrives. The area is quiet and fresh, and wildlife in the form of pollinating insects, birds and butterflies is in abundance and wonderful to have around when you're booking a camping trip for an escape. Staff are polite, helpful and make great coffees at the farm shop. The service at the site is very personal, with staff even remembering that it was my partner's birthday over our stay. 100%, would recommend.

Lovely campsite within walking distance to the Cotswolds town of Bourton-on-the-Water. We opted for a non-electric pitch using our own tent but there are teepees and glamping pods available as well. The camping pitches are on the site of an old quarry so the ground is a little rough and stoney in places but relatively flat. Don't expect bowling green manicured turf but the whole emphasis of the site is an environmentally friendly, little wild, back to nature feel. We enjoyed our short stay very much. The facilities are excellent and it's clear to see the pride that the owner takes in running the site. You will not be disappointed if you pay them a visit.

This campsite is idyllic. Set in a beautiful part of the world, there is lots to do in the area but your time on site feels like a world away from the norm. Quintessentially lovely complete with peacock! Our dog and small person loved it in equal measure.
