Great little site

Stayed over bank holiday, great site, friendly and helpful staff. Fairly basic site but all you need. Site was very muddy in parts due to all the rain but couldn't be helped. Has large garden games for kids and a little shop for ice creams, drinks and snacks. Handy location to get to different parts of Anglesey.

Fantastic

Great location, as it is central, and so took about 20 minutes to get anywhere so got to explore a lot of places. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were lovely and helpful.

Great family site

A great family site. Not too big & pretty quiet when we stayed. The facilities are very well maintained & just what you need on a site, nothing more, nothing less. Lots of fire pits available for use as well, which is a lovely touch.

Nice place for camping

The campsite was neat and tidy. The shower rooms and toilets are very clean. The only thing that was bad was the weather so our pitch was muddy. Generally, we've enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay, lovely staff and immaculate facilities

First camping trip, took friends and kids with us. Staff were lovely and very friendly. They couldn't do enough for you - games to play for kids and a little forest which the kids loved, they weren't out of them. Facilities were spotless, will definitely return and would definitely recommend.

Great location and excellent facilities

We went as a group of 4 families - 7 adults and 7 children, ageing from 3-13. The site and facilities were very good and very clean and the site/shop staff were very helpful, chatty and knowledgeable of the area. They also provided a selection of outdoor games. The site shop stocked all the necessities. The clientele this site attracts were all friendly and good fun, would recommend and will be returning. Thanks for a great bank holiday weekend.

Great campsite

Great site and lovely owners, very helpful and friendly.

Great stay

Great campsite! Not overly crowded and noise rules were adhered to. Clean and spacious shower facilities and the showers were always nice and hot! Separate toilet block, so never needed to wait for one. Very family friendly. Lots of space for kids to play in and the giant games were fun for me and my partner to play with (not just for the kids!) Good location too and Trearddur Bay down the road is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay on a peaceful campsite

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Anglesey. The site was excellent - very quiet and peaceful. Good shower block and handy shop open in the evenings. Very quiet in the evenings and mornings - perfect!

Great site and facilities, a great place to stay

What a lovely site. Great welcome with lovely clean facilities. My kids loved the site and we will definitely be coming back.

Summer trip

Had a good stay at the campsite, apart from the weather! Unfortunately, we got flooded out on our first night and had to find a Airbnb and then move the tent on our return to the site. The owner was very helpful and reimbursed us the night we missed. Great site, great facilities, great location! Would definitely stay again! Many thanks, Dave and family.

Good clean camp

Great, clean flat site but could do with a few sockets for the likes of hairdryers in toilet blocks.

Excellent site

This is our second time camping here and we will be back as it is an excellent site. The only thing I can comment on was that not all toilets were open, whilst there were only a few tents on site it was ok but, as it got busy, there were queues.

Absolutely amazing

This site is amazing, spotless and very flat. The toilets and showers are extremely clean. Only 15 minutes from the beach, the owner Mark and the staff are amazing and very helpful. Thank you, I have already re-booked for August.

Nice quiet campsite, with good facilities

Located about 8 miles from Holyhead the local cycle route (route 5) passes close to Bodedern which is the nearest village and allows easy access to Holyhead by bicycle. There are good facilities comprising combined toilet/basin/shower rooms. There is a small shop which opens quite early if you need some milk or a cup of coffee. There are a variety of fire pits available if you want a fire in the evening and I believe they sell wood to stoke up your fire pit. The site is not near anything, the nearest village (Bodedern) is about a mile away. There are a variety of games available (large chess set, Connect 4, Jumbo Jenga) to keep the kids happy. There are some woods as well which I gather may have more activities for children, but I did not investigate.

Wonderful hidden gem

What a great site. Clean, well equipped and good location. The play area - giant chess, Jenga and connect four - provides a great place for children and adults. Campsite owner was very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous site

Great site. Really friendly, helpful and easy-going host, whose presence was totally unintrusive, but welcome. Great attention to detail and wonderful, clean facilities. Spot on Mark.

Fabulous campsite; clean with great space. Facilities are lovely and clean. Definitely recommend a stay - we'll be back!

Great little campsite!

Couldn't rate it highly enough! Everything you needed on site (super little shop for firewood and a cold beer or two), great shower and washing facilities and 10/15 drive away from the beach. Quiet with plenty of space for pitches.

Lovely site

Lovely site, very peaceful and within good reach of Holyhead. Facilities were good and kept clean. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the fire pits available - my only gripe is the logs we bought on site were damp so it made getting a fire going quite difficult.

Great site

Really enjoyed our stay staff were great and campers were lovely will return. Wife said the were the best showers by far, clean, tidy and hot.
