Great location and the cafe on site is very handy with good food. The campsite facilities need some investment, and cleaned and restocked more frequently. The showers have good water pressure, but 4 is simply not enough, even on a quiet weekend like ours. Same goes for toilets and washing up point. All adequate, but all need investment and more of them. We would definitely stay again, but would avoid a weekend where an event brings in lots and lots of campers, as things could get overwhelmed.

Great campsite, great location, good facilities. A little pricey. It's a great location with a lovely view. The camping area's are quite exposed to the elements, so a good wind breaker is helpful if you have one. A beer festival was on at the time which was good fun

We have stayed here before and came back again as we liked the campsite and enjoyed the cow shed facilities too, so that we could get food easily. We were a bit disappointed that the kitchen closed at 7pm on Friday night and then the café was closed most of Saturday due to there being a beer festival on in the next room. We were a group including one pregnant person and one young bab,y so just wanted food and a sit down rather than £10 beer festival tickets. The shop was handy to have on site as we found that our airbed had a hole, so we bought a replacement there, which was reasonably priced. Facilities were generally good. Could maybe have done with more women's toilets as there were often queues. There didn't seem to be any recycling facilities which was disappointing, unless they're hidden away somewhere that we didn't find. Overall the site is lovely, but there are a few things that would make it better.
100% recommended peaceful and relaxing amazing stay!

Two night stay, overpriced, dirty and disappointing. Would not go back. Absolutely filthy toilets, were not cleaned or tidied until after the bank holiday. Sinks for washing up filthy, no hot water (and a trickle of cold). Had to pay for showers. Massive campsite and not enough showers or toilets. Friend said shower did not work, so cost him twice. Bins overflowing. Went out for the day to find dog mess next to our tent. Lovely location real big shame about this site. The camp grounds were not great, they were not level and not maintained for bank holiday.

Rated the facilities down just due to lack of hot water and not enough loos, but otherwise, everything was perfect!

We stayed in the large top field with lots of space and great views. We were a bit unlucky that there were water issues when we stayed affecting the loos flushing. The washing up sinks had some issues with low water and blocking, but not a show stopper. The showers are decent and fairly priced. Very good to have a bar and live music on site. Excellent walks and cycling including Monsal Trail nearby
Amazing campsite!

Just came back from a 3 night stay at Beltonville (Fri-Mon). I genuinely don't have anything bad to say about this site. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Toilets and showers were of a great standard. The pitches were well kept. Fantastic views. There was a country music night on the Saturday night which was amazing, they even had a bucking bronco. Fairly priced pints of cold beer. Family friendly site. Close to lots of nice walks including the Monsal trail. Short 15 minute drive into Buxton. We didn't eat there, but the Cow Shed Cafe looked lovely. Farm shop was nice, a bit pricey if you had forgotten something and needed something desperately. Would definitely return. The only downside was how cold it was in the night but luckily we came prepared for this 🙂 Thank you for a great weekend, my kids had the best time!

Fantastic location with good views if you get a site near the wall and plenty of space for pitching a nice area. Downside was campers where quite noisy even after 10pm, showers where £1 and mens bathrooms where quite basic. The restaurant/bar played music way into the night (past 10). Definitely not the type of campsite to get in touch with nature, more of a festival type of feel. And cash is needed if you want to shower, watch live music or use one of their bonfires.

Great family holiday, only issue we had was that only one shower was working, so it was a long wait for the shower.

Fantastic campsite, all off the staff were happy to help, you could tell they all took great pride in their workplace and had a passion. We stayed for two nights this Easter and the facilities were great, being able to go to the bar and grab a drink and some warm food for a few hours and warm up was a life saver. There was live music in the barn and stone baked pizzas, which were lovely. There is a farm shop with local produce and some basics. They also had hats which were great quality and very affordable. Loads of beautiful scenery and things to visit in the area, which means for sure we will return to this campsite. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

The site was very busy, but was expected over the easter weekend. Only issues we found were that the toilet locks had broken, but they repaired them quickly. The showers are very spacious, and hot, but don't forget £1 coins as they charge per 4 minutes. The Cowshed had fantastic food! The site was very clean! I'm not sure if it was just where the site is on a hill and an open space, and also the weather in general, but it was very windy where we camped, so it felt very cold if you were outside trying to have a BBQ. The location is great for traveling around parts of the Peak District and I would stay again.

We love Beltonville Farm campsite. Great location for big walks and the Cowshed is fab for getting out of the cold for a few hours if the weather isn't good. The food at the cafe is fantastic and we will keep coming back.
Such fun!

Had the absolute best time! Did not use much of the facilities as we have everything in our camper, but the place was brilliant, full of great people, brilliant atmosphere. Had a live band on which added to the fun, beautiful walks. Will be back again.

Lovely campsite, would come back! Cafe is lovely and breakfast was perfect. Facilities were clean, just remember to bring £1 for a shower. Very accommodating when we didn't have enough cash for a deposit!

A nice location and very handy having the shop & café on site. I think slightly expensive at £25 per night for a small tent pitch with no hookup. However, would still recommend!

An amazing site, lovely shop and cafe, staff are so welcoming. The views are beautiful, a lovely wake up call by a cockerel made it more magical. If you are looking to get with nature (but with a bonus of a lovely cafe and shop) it's a great site to stay at. Will definitely go again for sure. Not a problem for my family but do check the season for the showers being open.

Beautiful location. Bit exposed on high field but well worth it for the view. No complaints here though! Loved being among the sheep!
