Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Oct 2026 Spent 2 nights here not 1. Fantastic walks from the site including a short walk to the beach.
Site very clean and the staff very helpful.
Will most defiantly use this site again.
Not quite the stay we expected
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Oct 2026 Amazing campsite. We turned up early afternoon to a fantastic welcome and to be taken to the pitch - until the motorhome decided it wouldn't select any gear!
We literally stayed where we stopped at reception. The team were really kind and supportive as we waited for the AA who unfortunately couldn't fix the issue. Recovery ordered for the next day to allow hire car etc to be arranged. Left early am.
We had a little wander around. The village with peacocks is lovely and 10 mins gentle stroll to the beach.
We will defo be back, once the motorhome is mended of course!

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Sep 2026 One of the cleanest and best sites I’ve stayed on. Great hosts all the facilities appear relatively new and very well looked after. Pub is only a five minute walk and a further five minutes to a fabulous beach.
Will definitely be back. 👍

Views of Happisburgh lighthouse and 15th century church from the site. 15 minute easy walk to the unspoilt beach. Various longer walks using the cliff paths in either direction. Small shop onsite.

Beautiful campsite
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Aug 2026 It is one of the best campsites we have been to, toilets and showers very spacious and modern, cleaned regularly, spotless considering the amount of kids on site. Lovely walks to coast and along coastline accessible from the site. Would definitely stay here again in the quieter season as we usually go adults only. Beautiful location, great shop that stocks most essentials you could need.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Field View) Aug 2026 We stayed for the bank holiday weekend. Easy check in with friendly staff. Guided to pitch and explanation given to facilities onsite. Good space and not cramped pitches.
Shower/toilet blocks so clean and the lady working was do friendly and chatty. Walking distance to beach and pub.
Could do with a couple more showers for men, but it's a busy weekend. Could also invest in play park for children but children all seemed happy with making their own entertainment.
We used the fresh fish shop opposite the campsite - would recommend this as crab was the best I have had. We went to Smallsticks cafe for breakfast/brunch Sunday, 5 minute drive, 35 minute walk along the coast, behind lifeboat station. Was amazing food and well worth a trip.
Would definitely use campsite again and recommend to others. Well done to all staff, so friendly and helpful.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the camp was spotless and well maintained, the showers were very clean and more importantly HOT. Would go again!

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2026 Manor Caravan Park in Happisburgh is an excellent site. The location is ideal for day trips to other areas without having to drive too far. The site itself was very well kept and managed. The shower/toilet block were well maintained and kept clean throughout the day. The onsite store was well stocked selling a wide range of items. The laundry room was an added bonus having two washing machines and two tumble driers (tokens purchased from the reception). There was also a fridge freezer for campers use (very handy for re-freezing cooler blocks). The staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2026 Fabulous site – highly recommend!We had a wonderful time here. The site is modern with spotlessly clean facilities. The shop is well-stocked with everything you need, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a perfect location close to the beach and a nice pub. We also loved the super circular walks right from the site. We will definitely be back!

The facilities were modern and we had everything we needed. It was busy when we arrived but emptied out midweek. Lovely walk to beach with amazing sauna and ice bath on the cliff top. Beach was quiet and really clean. Lovely village with a pub and quirky village shop.

Only disappointment was booking 2 pitches on the same booking (2 women, 2 children) and not being put together. However, they allowed us to squeeze onto 1 and park a car on the other.
Great bathroom and washing facilities. Shout out to the lovely cleaning lady who does a great job and keeps the tunes playing in the ladies!

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Aug 2026 Stayed here in a tent for 4 nights 14 August 2026 with partner and pooch. Lovely clean site, great facilities and decent sized pitch on the electric hook up side on church view.
Short walk to local pub and village, number of activities a short drive away. Easy booking and arrival, staff really pleasant and helpful. No WIFI but phone signal not bad so ok. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2026 I had a lovely stay here, it is so close to the beach and I loved the views across to the Lighthouse and the Church. Really good location for Happisburgh beach but for all the other beaches on that coastline i.e. Sea Palling, Horsey, Winterton on Sea.. Lots to do around there.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2026 Really good campsite. Best toilet block I've ever experienced in decades of camping. Great location close to the beach. Really, really nice, helpful staff on reception and on the site and there's a shop that sells most of the basics. We were a bit close to our neighbours, although I appreciate we camped at the busiest time of the year where space is at a premium. Thank you for a great holiday.
