Stayed for 4 nights, it was a lovely site that was looking out onto the lake. Mark was very helpful and made sure everything was ok. The toilets were nice and clean .

Lovely site, very relaxing. Bonus having a bar on site too! I've loved our 3 days here. The weather was naff but nowhere was boggy, which is always a bonus with a twin axle van. Definitely one to return to in the future, maybe for a week next time.

Excellent, well run site in a beautiful setting for peace and tranquillity. I enjoyed good fishing and the fish caught were in excellent condition. If you like wildlife then the variety of ducks, geese and birds will suit and you have to appreciate the bird song, honking geese and shrill sound of oyster catchers.

We stayed for one night. On arrival, the owners were really helpful and showed us to our pitch. Really beautiful setting, All pitches very well kept, the settling is lovely for anyone looking for a quiet break away. Close to Sandringham for lovely dog walks. All facilities are very clean and tidy and Wi-Fi on site for those who need it.

Lovely stay. Friendly welcome and taken to chose preferred pitch. Fabulous view overlooking lake and perfect spot for my husband to fish. Shower blocks were immaculately kept and small bar on site although we didn't get chance to visit. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my wife just spent three nights here. Absolutely stunning lake, lovely wildlife, quiet pitch. Everyone was friendly here, the staff were brilliant, kind and very helpful. Shower blocks were extremely clean. Very good value for money, electric was very well priced, we spent under £1 for three nights charging our electronics. A number of local super stores within ten minute drives, nice places to eat also. Wonderful experience, would 100% come back here.

Mark and the team run one of Norfolk’s best parks in my opinion, my better half and I (both in our 30’s) + dog decided to rent a camper and stay for the weekend. We found not only a stunning spot but a wonderful host and perfect pitch. It is well worth a visit, not only for the 1st rate fishing but also to do a puzzle by the fire in the onsite bar and listen to Mark tell ever funnier stories. Plus lots of local sites to take in.

This is an excellent site, very quiet and the showers and toilets were spotless. If you're into fishing, there's a massive lake, a bar at reception which is club prices not pub prices, and you're not far from Hunstanton and Cromer. The owners are really nice people and I would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future,. Overall, 5 stars from me.

Lovely site, run by such friendly people that include Mark and his family. Toilet block very smart and great showers. Did not use the fishing lake, but plenty of wildlife on it to watch. A great, peaceful couple of days.

A lovely peaceful stay where we were a drive away to local pubs and 25 mins to the coastline! A shame about the mosquitos but that can't be helped. Mark and his family were very helpful and the facilities were very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great site, easy to find. Mark the owner is super friendly, very approachable, will help you find a pitch and explains everything well. Quiet site, due to fishing lakes, which suited us well. Shower/loo blocks spotlessly clean and good temperature range and powerful shower. Would definitely visit again x

We stayed here for 5 nights over the August bank holiday. We found the owners were very pleasant. The fishing was great with some nice fish caught. The shower and toilet block were kept very clean, and you could adjust the water temp. No children, although with all those geese it felt like a children's play area at times. The toilet waste could have been a little closer, nevermind. Had a great time.
Best site we've stayed at!

We thoroughly recommend this site. We were made welcome on arrival and introduced by name. We felt like their guests. The site is tranquil with nice sized private plots. The facilities were kept immaculately clean. Lovely to sit and watch the ducks and geese who completely ignore you. Fishing for my partner was good. He caught about 12 fish and said sweetcorn was the best bait, despite taking various choices! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

Very nice friendly and helpful owners, good clean facilities, great field for dog walking. We weren't fishing, but we did see plenty of fish being caught, some beautiful carp. Easy access to bus services to Hunstanton and Kings Lynn, but it's quite a limited service.
