Brilliant place!

Perfect place to stay! Great location and views, exceptionally clean facilities. I walked the South Downs Way so I stayed here just one night but I will definitely be back. This is the place where I would love to stay for a longer time!

Brilliant place to stay!

This is a brilliant place to stay! Rural location but so close to Brighton, we really enjoyed staying here! The toilets/ showers are very clean, and the owners are brilliant and so friendly!!

Big skies and clean bathrooms, bliss

This was a really great spot, friendly service and it was well worth having a firepit. The field is right on top of a hill with views across the sea and Downs. I can imagine it would be quite exposed to a southerly gale, so take big tent pegs if that’s the forecast. Will definitely be back!

Stunning site!

Beautiful campsite in a beautiful setting. The views and walks are just amazing - the sunrise views are just something else! The site is small and quiet and the staff are wonderfully friendly when they pop round. The toilet and shower facilities were clean, simple and functional. Literally nothing more you could ask for a weekend break. Will absolutely be visiting again.

Pleasant

It was a beautiful site with easy access to the beach! Very easy to get to as well and was very helpful with the mishap over the tents being provided!

Views are amazing

I think we were fortunate with the weather but we loved our time at Stud Farm. It is remote and on-site conveniences are limited but it was so well organised, you can also order fire pits and breakfast items in advance to cook yourself. Showers were limited to two with separate toilets and the water pressure wasn't great but signage does suggest best times and were clean. Not many local shops nearby if you didn't want to drive but that didn't mar our stay. Amazing views and there's a lovely walk to the 'beach' (about 20 mins) and 2 pubs when you get there too and you can also get a direct bus to Saltdean lido and Brighton Pier if you wish. Only downside was no bin facilities so we had to take our rubbish away every other day to dispense elsewhere. But that is a minor gripe. We're looking to book again for next summer.

Stayed with my two boys, really friendly neighbours, beautiful views, lovely set up and design of field. Toilets and showers were just enough, but got busy at times, nice and clean though. Farm and walks next to site, and the amble to the beach were just perfect for us!

Beautiful hidden gem

Lovely little site on the South Downs. Lovely sea view. Facilities are clean and well kept. The flow of water is interrupted due to being on the South Downs. Shower is slow but does work. It stops and starts but cannot be helped. There are signs everywhere explaining this. Would definitely stay again. Would be helpful if the owner stated that you just pick your own pitch when you get there, as some had names on. However she later explained these were for groups.
