Motorhome - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2025 The motorhome limited our access to the beaches. Staff told us about the trains & buses se we were able to see St Ives & other places.
Staff were friendly, approachable & made us feel welcome.

Large Tent - Large Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2025 Great facilities for the children, and very fun family nights in the bar / restaurant.
The location was near all the great towns and beaches. The owners and staff were welcoming, warm and friendly... We highly recommend!
An average site Large Tent - Large Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2025 What we liked. The pool facility was good. Evening entertainment. Showers were clean and felt fresh.
What we didn't like. The pool closed 6pm (too early). Smelly. The pitch sizes were very small and you were forced to face each other. Having more space, especially for larger families, is needed.
We thought the cost of camping was pretty expensive.
Overall, we wouldn't visit Calloose again.

Large Tent - Large Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 What is there not to like about this site? The place is a little haven, clean, accessible, staff so very friendly can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent location
Motorhome - Large Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 We stayed onsite in a camper and wanted to visit as many beaches as we could within the 2 days we were in Cornwall. The location is perfect and central. The facilities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great if you have young kids as well.
Fun family stay at Calloose!
Large Tent - Large Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2024 We first arrived at Calloose and were allocated our pitch, when we got to the pitch I was worried it wasn't quite big enough. I went to reception to explain and they were really accommodating, they came straight over and looked at the pitch and offered to move us to a larger pitch which was much better!
Everyone working at the site was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the holiday even better to be honest.
The kids loved the swimming pool, playground and arcade area. It was great that you didn't have to book slots for the pool and it was open 10am-6pm which gave them plenty of time to access it (which they did every day!) The layout is really good as the restaurant/bar area sits central to the pool/playground so you can sit in the outside area and watch the kids while you enjoy a drink!
Each night had different entertainment on, such as karaoke, bingo and live singers. Again, the kids loved taking part in the bingo & karaoke in an evening!
The site was in a great location, not far from St Ives but also only 30 minutes to Perranporth and other locations.
Overall, we had a great stay! Our kids loved it and as we left, asked if we could return again next year!

Large Tent - Large Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2024 What a great place. Friendly staff, clean park and everything you need. Great sized pitches with clean facilities, but best of all, we could see the park staff all day walking about working and talking to guests. It made us feel so happy to see people who cared about what they did. we will be back.

Staff friendly, especially the maintenance man, he was lovely and was always taking to us and laughing. Food menu could have better choices. Bar and restaurant area is lovely.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2024 Great location for access to the key sites that we wanted to visit in Cornwall, and as a result we ended up extending our stay instead of touring around as first planned.
Clean site, great facilities and management team. Highly recommend.
A very good holiday site
Single Axle Caravan - Serviced Grass Touring Pitches Jul 2024 Lovely site, very quiet with excellent facilities just a little bit out of the way. Signage directing newcomers to the site could be clearer. Enjoyed the stay very much.
Pretty site
Motorhome - Electric Grass Touring Pitches May 2024 Beautiful site with very friendly staff. Downside for us was, as we have a motorhome, we are a bit far away from anything if you have no other means of transport. Having said that, if you have children, when it is fully open, it is perfect.
Will definitely go back with grandchildren and as long as nice weather, we would not need to leave the site. Lovely pool and bar, we went just a bit too early in the season.

A hidden gem
Jul 2023 Excellent park - spotlessly clean with great facilities. Big enough to have a pool & evening entertainment but small enough to feel relaxed & friendly. Surrounded by fields.
We particularly liked the real live music of an evening. Will definitely be back & have recommended to others.
