About the site
Organic Welltree is the perfect setting for a dreamy retreat in the wilderness. Explore the beauty of the Big Tree Country in Perthshire, enjoy the peaceful forest garden with lots of wildlife or read a book next to the wood-burning stove. The sites aim to protect and conserve the nature around them, which is reflected with the yurts as both are sustainably built with all-natural materials and finished with Scottish Whiskey Barrel Staves. Both yurts have a large glass wall (30% of the wall) which combines the remote yurt's aesthetic qualities with more natural light and an enhanced sense of connection to nature. Another unique features includes a solid 8 spoke crown. Each comes complete with a handmade king-sized bed along with a stove and cups, plates, bowls and cutlery. You have all you need for a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful break away from it all. During your stay, expect to have regular visits from the locals, also known as the incredible wildlife. You'll see the likes of roe deer, buzzards, red squirrels, foxes and more. The list goes on and on. An organic breakfast can be booked too including fresh eggs, bread, jam, yoghurt, fruits and tea or coffee - what a treat! You'll also get a bag of firewood.
