Perfect for Glasto
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Aug 2023 Dropped in here for a pit stop on the way home from Cornwall. 5 mins from Glastonbury in the van. Facilities were first rate, a small kitchen and good bathrooms.
Lovely site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Aug 2023 Great small site in the shadow of Glastonbury Tor. Very helpful and friendly site owner, good facilities and very good camping companions, especially the lovely family from the Netherlands who were next door to us!
It's a lovely site and a great place to soak up Glastonbury's unique atmosphere - we'll definitely stay here again.
Fantastic views of the Tor
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 Small, well maintained campsite with great views of the Tor and surrounding countryside. 26 min walk from the town hall. The £4 day return bus will take you up to the Tor and then it's a 10 min walk down the hill to the campsite (plus time to climb up to the Tor). If walking from Chalice Well, take the first street on the left as the footpath gets very narrow and there are lots of trucks.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 The campsite is great value for money has everything you need. Unfortunately the walk into Glastonbury was too far and uneven for someone with walking difficulties.
As the site is small, it's very friendly and quiet - ideal for a short peaceful weekend away.
Lovely small site and close to everything we needed
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Jun 2023 Perfect facilities and perfect site for heading up to the Tor and walking into town. Path into town is a little narrow and very busy. We had to carry our dog as there were lots of lorries, but when the hedges get cut back, it will be perfect. Looking to book again in August for another couple of nights. Easy to contact the owner for info.
Beautiful campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 This is a lovely place. Ed, the owner, was very helpful and I was very happy with my spacious pitch. Lovely, clean shower block and I really appreciated the kettle so I could grab a coffee in the morning while my phone charged.
No shop though, so take food with you. Town is about a 20 minute walk and Chalice Well and Tor very close. Would definitely stay again. Also, they have a lovely cat 🐈

We enjoyed our two night stay very much.
Only four stars for facilities, it would be good if you had a drive over grey waste.

A nice little basic site

A lovely location under the Tor, but a dangerous walk into town on a busy main road with poor pavements.
