Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesAug 2025

What a fantastic place, the grass is cut to designated the pitches and no pitches are too close. Toilets are modern and clean, toilet paper, soap and the showers are fantastic free! And heated by gas. With little family changing rooms. Bar and food options some days (mainly weekends) the campsite is also in a dark sky area and the stars are absolutely unreal. We saw shooting stars, constellations and many satellites. You can park next to your tent and there are some even nicer toilets in the bar area and a games marquee. Probably loads I've missed but we loved our time there.

Fantastic peaceful stay

Yurt - 16ft YurtsAug 2025

Beautiful weekend away with two young children. Fantastic facilities and we've come home feeling relaxed. We'll definitely be back next year!

Great glamping experience

Camping Pod - Eco PodDec 2024

A lovely glamping site nestled in beautiful surroundings bringing you back to nature. And lots to see in a 20min drive radius.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesAug 2024

No restaurant so we had to walk 0.7 miles to a chippy in order to eat. The shop was never open and there was no staff at reception, the door was always locked. The only nice thing about the situation was the toilet. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to refill water as far as we could tell and we weren't shown around if there was one. I booked this site because of the shop and café and unfortunately, neither of these were available. I would not have booked here had I known I was booking a space in a field with a loo and a decent view. Toilets, in fairness, were well kept and the place was tidy.
