Amazing campsite for relaxing
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2026 This is a beautifully maintained campsite. I had a corner pitch and more than enough room. The toiet blocks are clean and modern, and the showers are better than my home shower. All the information I needed was sent to me in advance. The place is clean, tidy, and there are plenty of drinking water taps all over the place. Its less than ten minutes walk to town, and load to explore withing 30 ish minutes drive. I would definitely come back here. Thank you for making my first time camping in ages such a pleasant experience!
Great little location
Motorhome - Hardstanding EcoGrid Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2026 I stopped here overnight on my way home. It was a great location for further exploration of the area if that’s what I had wanted to do. The site is basic but there are clean toilets and showers and nobody bothers you. Very reasonably priced and I will be back and staying longer in future. It was very easy to book online and the confirmation email included all the details so I could just turn up and plug in.

The grounds and facilities are absolutely immaculate.
Showers are amazing,powerful and warm....so good after a day in the rain.
Highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a quiet break.
Nearest village is a nice easy 15min walk away.

Some advice - put the address on your confirmation text as there was some confusion around ‘Ewes Water’ and ‘Rugby Club’ sites until we realised they were the same site.
Tell Google that you’re there - we often find campsites in Google maps and your want on it.
A small site with big charm
VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding EcoGrid Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2026 Its a small site next to a rugby field where the facilities are shared and are of a really good quality too. We paid for power and had O2 5G so didnt look for wifi.

Site warden was lovely and very accommodating when we explained we would only be able to get there for the last night due having a problem with the van.
Will definitely be going back to enjoy the site for longer and to explore.
Just perfect on a hot sunny day.
Motorhome - Hardstanding EcoGrid Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2026 What a gem of a campsite on the edge of the pretty town of Langholm. The pitches are spacious, well marked, ehu and dog bags available on each pitch. The grass is beautiful... a stand out setting. The facilities are better than at some of the big club sites and very clean. Had a lovely chat with Michael the warden. A little local knowledge and interesting information about the area. An absolute credit to the town and Rugby club. Very easy access to the site over a bridge from the main road. Thank you.

Well situated with access to adjacent Tarras Valley Nature Reserve. Langholm a short stroll with garage and Co-op store.

The site is around a 15 minute walk from Hawick town, a local Lindas and a couple of hotels.

We met the weekend caretaker who was an absolute gent and enjoyed a couple of pleasant chats.
Site is only a short stroll into Langholm so very well situated.

Immaculate site and facilities, friendly staff and a peaceful location but only a five minutes walk into town. For me, the best motorbiking roads on the doorstep.
Great value and lovely site
Large Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2026 Recently visited here for a few nights midweek with my husband and two young kids in our tent. It was a great little site. It rained the whole time but we still had great fun doing some local walks in the evenings and exploring a bit further afield during the day. The toilet/shower block was spotless and the site was super quiet. The kids loved all the space running about and the nearby sheep! Would love to come back during rugby season to watch a game too.

Really peaceful, clean, friendly
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2026 Nice site. Generous sized pitches, well kept. Handy for A7 but on a low speed stretch so not suffering road noise. The location seems to attract sensible campers, and lots who return.
Good "facilities", pretty new toilet etc block (slightly too far away in the middle of the night); adding a small freezer would be useful, but the part time manager was very helpful swapping our ice blocks each morning.
Lots of good walks nearby (some rough boggy terrain) & the Langholm Walks website is useful.

Very helpful staff from the start to the end and it’s a really clean and tidy site with a nice shower and toilet block. A short walk into the local town/village for pubs etc. We will absolutely be visiting this gem again.

Spotlessly clean site, quiet, and the location is beautiful. 10 minutes walk into town where the locals in the two pubs we visited were super friendly. Food was lovely in The Douglas Hotel too. Nice cafe just outside of the site was handy and the cost was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Single Axle Caravan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2026 Perfect. Site is excellently maintained, everywhere was spotless. Including the great showers and bathrooms. A place to rinse off your bike (dog 😁) was a very nice touch. Will definitely be back. Loved every minute of it.
