A note from the site themselves...

I believe I have the very best office job in the world!

Even having lived here for over 25 years, I still love the unexpected and opportunistic meetings with the deer, foxes and all the other wildlife around here. During the spring, even if you don't see them, you can definitely hear the deer 'barking' during the rutting season.

It's always fun watching children come across hares, hedgehogs and rabbits, frogs, and toads - some of them for the first time. Then if you look up, you may well get to see Red Kites and/or Buzzards flying around!

Ashleigh Lakes is ideal for...

Couples
Older children (13+)
Peace and quiet
Rallies
