Perfect stay
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Campervan Pitches Aug 2026 Lovely site. Clean and tidy, check in on arrival super easy and helpful. Would recommend(already have) for anyone to stay.
Not far from Llamberis and easy to get to by car for hiking Snowdon.
A Fantastic Family Friendly Campsite in a Perfect Location
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2026 We stayed as a family of four in a medium sized tent and had a fantastic experience. Our pitch was excellent, with plenty of space between tents. The ground was level and the tent pegs went in easily.
There were ample showers and toilets, all of which were kept clean. The showers were hot and the facilities were only a short walk from our pitch. The campsites location is superb with lots of great activities nearby for children. During our stay we visited Zip World, where we enjoyed the fforest coaster, Greenwood park and Bangor Pier, perfect for crab fishing.
We hired a fire pit and logs, and we enjoyed roasting marshmellows in the evenings. The owners were very welcoming, helpful, friendly and approachable.
Overall, this is a great all-round campsite and we would definatly stay again.
Incredible campsite near Snowdonia
Small Tent - Non-Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2026 We booked last minute, and could not have found a better place! It's 23 minutes from Snowdonia (perfect location). The owner also recommended an incredible pub locally which was perfect for Friday night!
The campsite was beautiful, green, special, clean and had everything you need (including hot water and kitchen facilities).
We will 100% be coming back!!

From the welcome I got on arrival, a perfect pitch, fantastic showers, toilets (I must know where that hand soap is from it is devine) and washing up facilities and to top it all the most amazing animals that are so friendly. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you for a lovely 3 nights. I'll be back soon.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2026 The site was clean tidy, toilet and shower block really clean. Ideally located for Llanberis, snowdon, bangor and much more. The owners were awsome and friendly. A really nice site

Staff really friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to pitch and lush green camping field. Free strong Wi-Fi available across whole site.

Large Tent - Non-Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2026 We are just travelling home from a fantastic weekend at Tros Y Waen Holiday Park with my family ( 2 kids 12 &14 + Labrador). If you enjoy blasting music, screaming kids, chavs and club houses then this isn’t the site for you. If you enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, wildlife and a good nights sleep then put this site at the top of your list. The site is very well maintained, the couple who run it are very friendly and happy to help, the facilities are small but spotlessly clean. There is a shop selling essentials, a small park for the kids and a kitchen with laundry facilities. It’s very dog friendly. There is a dog trail which is perfect for those early morning/ late night runs outs. There are little streams, sheep, goats, chickens, horses and 2 pot belly pigs which were a great source of amusement. It’s a great base for hiking and site seeing. The only down side is that it isn’t within walking distance of any pubs or restaurants however there is a Tesco 7 mins away. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back.

We also loved the flower beds everywhere that smelled great. Mountains in view. River for little one to play in. Lovely playground. Quick to respond at reception. Brilliant toilets and showers. The list goes on.
Excellent Camp Site
Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2026 This is the second time we have stayed at this camp site. The facilities are very clean and close to the camping area. The location is perfect for travelling around and the views from the campsite are beautiful. There’s loads of space for kids to play and a small play area near by. Would definitly recommend.

Great service, lovely grounds, clean toilets and showers, quiet and just a great atmosphere. And picked up some eggs from their farm to take home! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2026 Really nice holiday park located in beautiful surroundings, facilities on site were really good plenty of showers and very warm water, nice and spacious area for tents to be pitched and also a great little children’s park just off the tent pitches for families.
The site staff were extremely friendly and helpful well worth a visit if you are planning a holiday in this area,

Medium Tent - Non-Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2026 I have just returned from a three night stay and it was honestly one of the best sites I have ever used. The offered facilities were spot on including separate shower huts, utility room with fridge, freezer and washing machine if needed. The guys who I met were friendly and welcoming. The site is lovely and well maintained. It is quiet and relaxing. The camping pitches are a great size and well spaced out. Most pitches were occupied and I did not feel encroached upon at all. The price is great too. Honestly it’s a five star site!

Very good campsite, I would completely recommend. The one thing I would like to see is a kettle in the kitchen area, as even if you have your coffee and mug there is no place to boil the water unless you got your own stove. There is a possibility of buying a coffee in the morning so not a big problem, but I would love to have an option to make one myself.
