Barley Fields Holidays offers a rural, adult only getaway in the Leicestershire countryside with views to Bredon Hill and the local church and priory. The site is home to just 30 pitches, with the option of non electric grass or electric hardstanding. It is a ten minute walk to Breedon on the Hill village with a local shop and two cosy pubs. For days out, Donington Park Circuit is five minutes away and Calke Abbey is within a 15 minute drive!

We stayed here one night, the night before the Download heavy metal festival in Castle Donington. The place was clean and well maintained, the sites with electric and water hookups were a nice size. We came in a bit late due to London traffic, but the on-site staff was accomodating and very clear about communication. I would stay here again for an extended stay if I had a reason to be in the area!

Great stay, met by Kerry at the gate and shown where to pitch up. Lovely stay at a lovely site with nice clean facilities with a couple of pubs and small shop within easy walking distance.

What a wonderfully quiet, clean and beautiful site. The owner was lovely on arrival, explaining where every tuning was and giving us info. Showers were immaculate, as were the toilets and washing up areas. The ground is well cared for and mowed, with a small long-grass meadow area in the middle. The view is lovely, with Breedon Church on the hill. Definitely recommend - a lovely site.
