About the site


Within ten minutes of the M69 and M6, this site is perfectly placed for a stopover or as a base to explore the Midlands. Spend a relaxing day fishing in one of the large onsite coarse fishing lakes (small extra charge), or head out to discover nearby towns and cities. The camping field offers both non electric and 16 amp electric grass pitches. Tents, roof tents, trailer tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans are all welcome, with up to ten guests allowed per pitch. For glamping, there are three charming rustic shepherd's huts. Each includes a double bed, bedding, linen, electric, heating and a kettle. The three person huts offer seating that converts to a single bed, whilst the four person hut has seating that turns into a double bed. The accessible hut includes a ramped entrance and wide doorways (over 75cm). Dogs are welcome to join you on all of the pitches, but the huts are pet free. Raised fire pits and BBQs are permitted, great for toasting marshmallows or cooking up a delicious BBQ. But if you want to leave the apron at home, there is a handy cafe offering light bites and snacks.

Site facilities include six toilets and six free showers, plus an accessible wet room and a washing up area. The Kestrel Lake offers three islands, 60 pegs and fish up to 20lb in size. Mallard is a three acre lake with two islands, mirror and common carp up to 25lb. Fishing is an extra charge.

There is an onsite cafe offering snacks and drinks.

Wolvey Village is only a 20 minute walk away with Nicholson Stores Ltd, The Blue Pig and The Bulls Head pub.

Guests are able to check-in from noon until 8pm, if you are going to be delayed please let the site know. Check out is due before noon if you are camping and before 11am for glamping.

Yes, the grass pitches allow up to five of your canine companions to join you, please ensure that dogs are kept on a lead at all times. Sorry, the glamping units are pet free.

Whilst onsite, guests can enjoy two well-stocked fishing lakes, Kestrel and Mallard, suitable for both novice and experienced anglers. ​

A 30 minute minute drive from the campsite is Draycote Water, a 240-hectare reservoir and country park. Visitors can enjoy walking and cycling routes around the reservoir, birdwatching opportunities, and water sports such as sailing and windsurfing. ​

Warwick Castle (30 minutes) is a well-preserved medieval castle with interactive exhibits and expansive grounds. Visitors can explore the castle's towers, dungeons, and gardens, and enjoy daily shows and activities suitable for all ages. ​
