A note from the site themselves...

We welcomed our first guests over ten years ago with just a couple of portaloos and an idea. Fast forward to today, we are happy that Elmwicke is a place where everyone is welcome. Sharing the place we call home, getting to know those who stay and bringing life into our farm is our privilege and we hope to welcome you soon, Jonathan

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025

This is a lovely quiet site which was perfect for camping with our little one. We were attending fantasy forest which is about a 20min distance so it was a perfect alternative for the festival. The owners were lovely and friendly. Although we didn't use the cafe service we were really impressed by the toilet and shower facilities. These were really well kept and clean and we loved the little homey touches such as a baker of emergency bits in the ladies. The family unit was also great if you had little ones! There were a few pubs getting to the site that looked really nice even though we didn't stop by them. It was a short drive to shops for a food run. We loved seeing the sheep even though they escaped. As a craft person I would love to see if there were any craft related things to do with the site in future such as being able to buy fiber from the sheep to do our own drop spinning or dying to use to make own yarn or felting. But that's very niche! It was lots of fun chatting with other guests as everyone got ready for the festival. We would love to return in the future.
