Burton Springs is a friendly fishing and holiday site, just under an hour from Cheddar and Glastonbury. Spread over 13 acres, the site has three fishing lakes and is the perfect location to explore the Quantocks and surrounding beaches on the West Somerset coastline. Choose between spacious pitches for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans or, for a little more luxury, book a cosy Lotus Bell Tent or camping pod.

We spent 5 nights here. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The site was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Very relaxing and quiet. The shower and toilet cubicles were very clean. Cleaned twice a day. The honesty shop is a lovely idea, plenty of choice, from ice cream, milk to frozen meals. My husband being able to go fishing was great as well. The dogs loved it and the walking area was lovely for them. Plenty of public footpaths in the area. A pub was within walking distance.

Booked 3 pitches for family get together and could not have been happier. Spacious pitches, plenty of activities for the children and super clean. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Excellent, lovely place. Hosts and staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location and easy access. Far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to have access to the local area, without a long journey. Pub in walking distance and plenty of others a drive away.

Love this place, really awesome for any ages, will be back in the summer :-) Lovely facilities, nice and clean, lots of little extras, owners very helpful and friendly. Really the only one thing that I'm putting, as it may help the owners to watch out for, is I had to pick up two large dog doos from my pitch and the free area.

Thank you for your lovely review. So sorry about the dog poo. We do our hardest to check every pitch on check out and also go in the doggy field with our own dogs to double check. Unfortunately, not all dog owners are responsible and pick up after their dogs. We will have to keep an extra eye out.

Very friendly and helpful service from park staff. We enjoyed a great walking holiday with a mix of bbq meals and very enjoyable local pub meals. The washroom/toilet facilities are clean and adequate but without real luxury. Well worth a visit if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing break.

It was our first time glamping and we absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean and the surrounding area was beautiful. We can't wait to go back to make the most of the lakes. The only thing I can fault is the check-in process. It took between 10-15 minutes to contact a member of staff to enable us to check-in. Otherwise, we had a great time.

We had two of the four bell tents for two nights. They were set up brilliantly with everything we needed. The site was clean and well cared for and toilets were well looked after. We enjoyed using the fire pit that came with the booking. Would definitely recommend.
