Idyllic location along the river
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 Just stayed the one night. Idyllic location well away from any roads. The pitches are scattered along well kept grassed areas, it was so nice to see wild flowers growing around the well established trees. The site runs alongside a river. It was very peaceful and there was lots of grassed areas for children to play. We will certainly stay again. There is a shop on site but if you want anything else, Morrisons is a 10 min drive away.

Blissful stay at a beautiful site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 We had a fabulous stay at Sleningford Watermill. We felt immediately welcome at our check-in and were given lots of useful information. We were on a non-electric pitch, so were able to choose where to pitch our site. We had a lovely position right next to the river with only a short walk to the shower block and to the water.
The site is absolutely beautiful and clearly focuses on conservation. It is so peaceful and tranquil. The facilities here are outstanding. The shower block and wash-up area were immaculate each and every time we visited them.
We had two dogs with us. Dogs are not allowed off the lead anywhere in the park, however, it's only a very short walk out of the site and dogs can run freely along a riverside pathway to the village. It takes 15 mins at most. We had lunch at the pub and the beer garden is right on the river too.
We cannot wait to visit again and next time stay for longer.
