Amazing stay!
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2026 We recently had an absolutely wonderful stay at Little Trethvas Holidays! On arrival, check in was very easy. Liz is very kind and welcoming. Even gave us a little brochure of local recs and things to do.
The pitches themselves are really well maintained and a good size. Drinking water no more than 20 meters away. We thought the facilities were excellent - 2 toilets with provided toilet roll, soap and paper towels. 5 showers - 3 basic ones and 2 larger ones that are essentially a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink and mirror. The utilities room is a great addition with washing machine, tumble dryer, sinks, fridges and freezers!
The campsite is also full of chickens which we loved, they're great fun! The only thing we would mention is that the larger shower cubicles could probably do with a bit of maintenance - unfortunately, the shower curtains are a bit lax so the floor would flood and it's rather difficult to clean up. Could do with longer curtains in those or a deeper shower base. Obviously didn't want to use our towels on the floor so we had to use a rather large amount of paper towels. The floors themselves are also quite dirty from people coming in and out with shoes on and there were a lot of dead bugs and cobwebs throughout. Obviously it's outdoors so not much you can do.
Really great location and no more than 10 min drive from Lizard Point and Kynance Cove. Also a Sainsbury's nearby!
Overall though fantastic stay and would definitely recommend!

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 This place is a gem. Hidden away and surrounded by trees, it really was a calm & relaxing break. We originally booked up for 2 nights but ended up staying there for 8 nights.
There are chickens and baby chicks roaming around with an opportunity every night at 8.30pm to have a cuddle & feed them before they're put away for the night. We was literally a 5 min car journey from kaynance cove and 40 mins from St Ives.
Ideal location & fully recommend. Liz, the owner, is really lovely! A cute little village also a 5 min drive (The Lizard) with pub, coffee shop, gift shops, amazing food! Highly recommend this site.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2025 We enjoyed our stay at this sheltered farm site with roaming chickens and pitches with hedgerow boundaries.
Great location for Kynance Cove, the Lizard and Cadgwith Cove.

Lovely site but quite noisy during our visit VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 We were made to feel very welcome and able to choose our own pitch.
The camping field was very well maintained, and the pitches were generously sized and fairly level which was a bonus. Lots of chickens and turkeys were free range - mostly in the "no dogs" area by the amenities block but they grazed freely on the camping field as well, which was quite amusing! However, we found that the main road nearby caused a lot of noise, until late at night. Also, be aware that military helicopters also conduct training sorties directly overhead - we didn't have a good night's sleep as a result.
The showers could probably use some updating, they seem a bit tired, and the water wasn't draining away as quickly as it should. I had not realised before our visit that the hairdryer needed to be fed 50p coins - I don't tend to carry cash anymore, so had to go to bed with wet hair, which wasn't ideal.
Have to say though, that the site is very conveniently located for the Lizard (3 mins by car) and Kynance Cove (6 mins) and we had fish and chips from 'smugglers fish and chips' in the village, which was delicious and excellent value for money.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Lots of space because of the field in the middle. Friendly, convenient for the Lizard and surrounding area. Adequate amenities close by. I like the poultry running free in the campsite.
Suitable for anyone not looking for onsite entertainment (apart form the chickens and turkeys of course).
