A back-to-basics base, it boasts the most stunning views of the Lakeland fells and a quiet and peaceful rural setting. This purpose built site offers pre-booked activities (from quad biking to archery) on site and easy access to the M6 for the Lakes and Dales.

A very nice and peaceful spot located close to Kendal and the main roads. We both really enjoyed our time in Cumbria and would absolutely stay again when next up that way. Very easy and very relaxing.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2022

Facilities clean but doors don't shut on the showers and lights don't work in the portashower part, so had to shower in the dark. Other than that great site, lovely and quiet, brilliant views, easy self check in pick your own pitch. Texted owners for advice before getting there who replied quickly and were happy to help.

Lovely site, close to Kendal but far enough out to be remote. Stunning views for sunsets with cows and sheep in the background. Friendly staff. Toilets a bit smelly and showers clean, but last for 5 seconds so have to keep pressing to get coverage. Clean chemical disposal and bins emptied every day. Would recommend.
