Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Sep 2023 Great place, peaceful. Would say it's not for families with young children as there is no play area on site but it is close to the beach and there is a play area no more than a 10 minute walk away.
Excellent campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Field View) Sep 2023 I've camped all over the country for 40 + years. This is the best and cleanest campsite I've ever been on. Well looked after and maintained and very peaceful. Friendly staff make it a pleasure to camp. Even a mobile fish and chip van in the evenings.

Lovely place
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2023 We had a lovely stay here. Glad we pitched on the church pitch, as it seemed much quieter with more space.
Do think pitches are too small and close together in parts. It wasn't busy at our end, which was lovely, but I can imagine at peak times, our review may not have been as glowing.
Lovely staff! Toilets and showers constantly cleaned and spotless. Lack of cold water to brush teeth was odd. You need a bottle of your own water as all taps are dual and hot. The water in showers left us feeling like there was an oily residue to the water, which was less pleasant.
Overall, it was a really beautiful find.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The toilet/ showers are modern and extremely clean.
Would definitely stay there again.

Would fully recommend this site and I am sure we will return.
Excellent location and all is kept very clean and tidy and the layout is well thought out. Super modern facilities, super staff, super relaxing.
Had tea from a local fish and chip van that visits the site each week, blooming lovely.
Super location for exploring the coast and blessed with great weather.

Great site and location
Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Aug 2023 Great little site in a lovely picturesque location. Facilities seemed brand new and were kept spotlessly clean by a (seemingly ever-present) lovely cleaning lady. Pitches were well maintained and there was a nice friendly feeling about the place and no loud music or any such problems late at night. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Aug 2023 Lovely site, facilities were clean and modern to a very high standard. People running this were really helpful, I would recommend this site. Plenty of room on pitch. Overall a very wonderful experience.

Arrived a little late but so accommodating. Great knowledge of local area and the facilities are amazing, so clean. Laundry room also well stocked and use of freezer if needed. Will definitely be back, 10/10.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Jul 2023 A lovely warm welcome from the owner (including how to pronounce the area).
The toilets and showers were spotless and always seemed like they were being cleaned. It's about a 10/15 minute to the beach from the site. Everyone respected the rules of 'quiet' between 11pm and 8am.
Pizza van comes on a Thursday and would say these are a must! Make sure you text your order through in advance or you run the risk of not getting one. Fish & Chip Van comes on a Friday but we didn't use it as we were BBQing.
Overall lovely family-friendly site. Would recommend and would stay again.
Camping
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Field View) Jul 2023 This campsite was lovely. There was plenty of room to pitch up and just a short stroll from tbe shower and toilet block. These were really clean and the showers were brilliant. The site was close to the broads as well as Great Yarmouth and Cromer...the beach was 30 min walk away and was lovely.
We would definitely return.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Field View) Jul 2023 Just a small walk from the beach with a handy shop on site and very friendly owners. The facilities were the best I've ever seen on a campsite, showers especially were hot and very clean!
There was also a fish and chip van on site when we went, which was perfect for dinner and I saw they had pizza on other days.
Overall a great stay.

The shower block was new and so clean.
Not much nearby but ideal for someone looking for a quiet stay away with some lovely local walks.
Local pub in walking distance and would definitely recommend to stay here again.

The wash facilities were the cleanest I've seen.

The staff are very friendly and helpful including the wash shower facility cleaning lady.
We had relatives visit us. The staff escorted them to our caravan pitch and made them feel very welcome.
Very well-kept site and very clean.
Weekend away

Manor Caravan Park was spot on and the staff were lovely and welcoming
