What a little Gem

Just returned from a 3 night stay. Friendly and helpful couple running the site. Good pitch sizes, plenty of room. We'll kept grounds. Beautiful walks straight from site. We will be returning. Thank you Waterow touring park.

Little Gem.

Absolutely loved this place. We had a very friendly welcome, which was so lovely. The information we received was spot on the whole park was beautiful carded for. The toilet and shower block was very clean couldn’t fault it. Lots of information on entering the barn where toilets and showers are. The pitch we had was perfect water and grey waste to hand over looking the hills and could hear the river too. Even our french bulldog ( Franky) had a relaxing time. He enjoyed the woodland walks very much, and he was grateful for his little gift from the park when we arrived. I can highly recommend this place, we will be back at some point. A huge thank you Lynette for helping us out with some Tonics for our gins. As i forgot to bring them with me. Thank you for saving us.

A little gem

Lovely quiet site. Good clean facilities. The surrounding country side is spectacular. Lots of village pubs and eateries within 20 minutes drive. There is a local pub 300 yards down the road. The site staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend Waterrow caravan park.

Wonderful adults only caravan site

Perfect caravan park! We were given a choice of three pitches when we arrived. It was a lovely location, peaceful and quiet. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lovely walks for the dogs. Doggy shower was impressive.

Beautiful site

I loved this site, it was in a beautiful place, clean, quiet and the Wardens are really friendly. I will definitely be staying again!

Great site

A beautiful quiet site. Spotlessly clean facilities and well maintained grounds. We were greeted by the very friendly owner and escorted to our pitch which was a very good size. The location is perfect for some walking. The owners have prepared an easy to follow local walks guide. The site is close to The Rock pub which offers a good value menu. We really enjoyed the site and the surrounding area and could not fault it in any way. There is also free WIFI that has great coverage across the site.

Easter weekend trip

Lovely, clean site with good dog walks around surrounding areas. The only slight issue we had was the road noise as we have a dog that gets anxious around cars and noise. Would have been better if we had been pitched further away as asked.

Hi Scott Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you had a slight issue with some road noise, only a few pitches are fairly close to the road so sorry again you were allocated one of these pitches. We hope you do stay with us again and if you do it is possible to reserve a specific pitch for a nominal fee so making sure you are exactly where you want to be on the park. Very good

A very nice well established site with trees, shrubs and flowers. Very good, clean facilities, hot showers etc. Lovely riverside walk. Good location for visiting coast and Cheddar Gorge. Lots of lovely local scenery. Local shops, plus fish and chips close by. Good, level pitches.

Mid week break in February

Lovely site with friendly hosts and good, clean facilities.

Perfect spot for getting to lots of walks

What a fantastic place. It's beautifully laid out and has a little woodland behind it for a nice little doggie walk about first thing. The amenities weren't open as it's mid winter but there is a shared wet room with a wonderfully hot shower, toilet and sink to use which you lock so it's private. The staff were really nice and friendly. The area is very close to lots of known routes you can hike on. Unfortunately the local pub next to it was shut due to staff sickness so I can't comment on that.

Amazing site, lovely couple of nights away. Great dog walks and pub near by. Felt very welcome on arrival.

Fantastic site

A fabulous site in a beautiful location. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The facilities are top notch, they include laundry facilities and a warm doggy shower. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay

A very warm welcome from Lynette and Jamie, lovely adult only site, very peaceful and relaxing. Superb walks for our dogs, facilities were lovely, will be returning in the New Year.

Cosy, friendly caravan site

We were looking for a quiet, secluded site for our first trip and we couldn't have been happier. Lynette greeted us warmly. The pitch was ideal even for' newbies' to hone our parking skills! The toilet and shower facilities were spotless and there was plenty of information available regarding the local area including local walks which we enjoyed despite the rain! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Fantastic site in a lovely location

A wonderful site with flat level, fully serviced pitches and easy access to wonderful facilities in tremendous countryside. The owners couldn't be more friendly and helpful, they really made us feel so welcome. To top it off the Rock Inn, a short walk down the road, serves wonderful food with great service and lovely beers. A real gem of a site.

Watterow

Nice pretty site. Only gripe was light in shower kept switching off. Staff met us on arrival, very pleasant man.

Perfect site

Lovely quiet and clean site. Friendly welcome, perfect location and great facilities.

Short stay

We stayed for two nights as a stop over on our way to Cornwall. The weather was hot which made it even more pleasant. We have a dog and he loved the dog walking area as it had a stream to cool off in. The shower block was a converted farm barn and was clean and adequate for our short stay.

Waterrow Touring Park Wiscombe

Absolutely stunning place, friendly owners, the place is beautiful. Could not fault it - would definitely recommend staying there.

A first class site

This was our second time staying at this site, it ticks all the boxes, certainly recommend this site. Very friendly owners and staff, well kept and clean facilities. I would also recommend The Rock Inn, just down the road, where the food was very good, and within walking distance.

Fantastic experience

Waterrow offers a beautiful site with a private walk alongside a river through woodland. It also has an enclosed paddock perfect for some dog exercise. Dogs are to remain on leads on the rest of site which is great. Facilities were clean and the whole site was tidy. We and our dogs enjoyed our stay and will be back again.
