About the site

An eco friendly site with countryside views, located five minutes from Cardigan in the peaceful village of Llangoedmor. This small, family friendly spot is surrounded by nature, offering green spaces, abundant wildlife, and dark skies come nightfall. Onsite, you'll find non electric pitches for tents, roof tents, trailer tents, motorhomes and campervans. There are also four grass pitches available with an optional 10 amp electric hook up, suitable for tents, roof tents, trailer tents, motorhomes and campervans. Each pitch measures 6m x 8m. For a touch of comfort, opt for The Pines Bell Tent, a glamping option with scenic views over Cardigan. Inside, you'll find a double bed and two Z-beds or foam mattresses. The tent also comes equipped with a fire pit, BBQ, utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, mugs, a camping stove and a kettle for those morning coffees. This site is also ideally placed for exploring both the countryside and the coast. Set right on the Wales Coast Path, Aberystwyth it's an ideal base for walkers and hikers. Enjoy scenic spots like Cenarth Falls and the Cych forestry walk, both just 15 minutes away. For seaside days, head to Poppit Sands Beach, Mwnt Beach, or Tresaith Beach, all within a 15 minute drive. Dogs are welcome here! BBQs and campfires are permitted.

The site has a facilities block that includes toilets, showers and sinks. There is a separate washing up area outside, and four pitches with electric hook ups.

The Lamb Inn, The Grosvenor, and the Saddlers Arms are the closest pubs within a five minute drive or a 40 minute walk. For a bite to eat, head over to the Crwst, also within the same distance. Your closest supermarket is Premier, a five minute drive, or visit Cardigan Guildhall Market in ten minutes.

We are Tom and Sophie and we would love to welcome you to our site. We had a dream of opening our own campsite for years after travelling the UK and Europe in our own campervan. We wanted to create a campsite that brings together all of the best parts of all of the campsites that we have stayed on through the years to produce an unforgettable experience.

Site rules and policies

*Camping check-in is from 1pm-10pm. Please check out by 11am.

*For glamping, check-in is from 3pm-10pm. Check out is also by 11am.

*Each pitch has a maximum of eight persons to a pitch, no more than four same sex adult groups accepted per pitch.

*Dogs: One dog is included in the price of the stay, each additional charged at the rate shown to a maximum of two per pitch. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times due to livestock in the area and you must clean up after your dog. The site does not accept dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Act.

*Noise: Please be considerate to your neighbours. No music, loud talking, or singing after 10 pm.

*Fire pits/ BBQ: Fire pits are provided, but please keep a fire water bucket at the side of the fire in case of emergency. BBQs to be raised from the ground. Bricks are available at the entrance to the field.

*Rubbish: Please use designated bins outside of campsite gate.

*EV charging: EVs are not to be plugged into the hook ups.

*Ponds and wetland areas: Please supervise children around the pond areas that are signposted within the camping and meadow field.

*Please do not feed any of the animals you see on the farm.

Things to do on site and in the Cardigan area

The campsite is set in the heart of Llangoedmor village, just five minutes from Cardigan, where guests can enjoy a bite to eat at a local pub or cafe or take peaceful strolls. While there, visit Cardigan Castle (10 minutes), a popular historical attraction.

The site also sits on the Wales Coastal Path Aberystwyth, a footpath that leads through the hills and coastline of West Wales. It is ideal for hikers and walkers wanting to escape in nature.

History lovers can explore National Trust - Cilgerran Castle (10 minutes), with ruins dating back to the 13th century. For wildlife and nature, head to the Welsh Wildlife Centre (15 minutes), a great spot for scenic walks, bird watching, and a cafe. Castell Henllys Iron Age Village (15 minutes) is another must-see, with reconstructed roundhouses set in 30 acres of parkland.

Beach days can be spent, with both Poppit Sands Beach and Aberporth Beach just 15 minutes away, the latter ideal for water sports. For family fun, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo is 50 minutes away with farm animals, adventure playgrounds, and rides.
