Find a delightful spot along the Scottish border at the Netherby Estate, where you'll be surrounded by Kielder Forest Park, the Solway Coast and Scotland's beautiful scenery. The magic of a treehouse with a hot tub will wow visitors.

About the site

This tranquil estate is set in the Debatable Lands, a famous and historic area near the Scottish border. Both Gretna Green and Carlisle are in easy driving distance. With lovely views over the border, the secluded treehouse is a sight for sore eyes. Guests receive a welcome hamper of local produce to help them enjoy this cosy nest in the trees, suitable for two adults and two children over seven. There's a well equipped kitchen, balcony with fantastic views and rustic wood burner with cosy furniture inside. The star attraction is, of course, the soothing warmth of a hot tub.
