Long Beach Campsite offers spectacular views out over Inverie Bay to the Isle of Rum. All the benefits of wild camping with some added luxuries. With a coastline to die for, unmissable wild surroundings, campfires and just a short walk to the local community shop, village tea room, pub and restaurant when you fancy getting back to civilisation.
About the site
This is a low-key and relaxed site run by the Knoydart Foundation. Featuring one of the top views in Scotland! You'll stay right on the beach, with mountains on three sides and a picture perfect view out over Inverie Bay with the Isle of Rum on the horizon. Hailed as Britain's last great wilderness, Knoydart is a place to truly escape and get away from it all. The site is multi use with campers mingling alongside non camping visitors and local residents, all enjoying the stunning landscape. Settle down at a wild camping spot, light a fire and take it all in.

Please use the fire pits and BBQ provided (do not build your own as we are high risk of wild fire).

Please show respect for other campers. Long Beach is a public space that is used by residents, visitors and campers. Social events may take place during your stay, feel free to join in :)
