Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 The campsite is great value for money has everything you need. Unfortunately the walk into Glastonbury was too far and uneven for someone with walking difficulties.
As the site is small, it's very friendly and quiet - ideal for a short peaceful weekend away.
Lovely small site and close to everything we needed
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Jun 2023 Perfect facilities and perfect site for heading up to the Tor and walking into town. Path into town is a little narrow and very busy. We had to carry our dog as there were lots of lorries, but when the hedges get cut back, it will be perfect. Looking to book again in August for another couple of nights. Easy to contact the owner for info.
Beautiful campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 This is a lovely place. Ed, the owner, was very helpful and I was very happy with my spacious pitch. Lovely, clean shower block and I really appreciated the kettle so I could grab a coffee in the morning while my phone charged.
No shop though, so take food with you. Town is about a 20 minute walk and Chalice Well and Tor very close. Would definitely stay again. Also, they have a lovely cat 🐈

We enjoyed our two night stay very much.
Only four stars for facilities, it would be good if you had a drive over grey waste.

A nice little basic site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Nov 2022 Spacious, well-kept standing pitch. Toilets clean but didn't use showers as a chilly November night.
A lovely location under the Tor, but a dangerous walk into town on a busy main road with poor pavements.
Really lovely little campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Sep 2022 Really lovely little campsite. Perfect view of Glastonbury Tor and easy access to Tor. Campsite was really well kept, and a good sized pitch. The host came to our allocated pitch to introduce himself and he was extremely welcoming and friendly.
Had a great little stay here. My son and I would have loved to have stayed longer and will most definitely return again in the future.
Lovely views of the Tor
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Sep 2022 We had a lovely camping stay at this site. We were on pitch 8 which had just the perfect view of the Tor. The space for our tent was large with plenty of room for parking. Toilet facilities were perfect and very clean with warm showers.
The campsite cat was an absolute joy and the owner made sure we were comfortable and had all our questions answered.
It is worth being mindful that the patch slopes down a little, making tent placement essential if you want a comfortable sleep.
It is a little messy with farm odds and sods. Also, the road is very busy and noisy, so bring ear defenders if you feel you may struggle.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2022 Just got back from a lovely, relaxing 3 nights at Glastonbury Cottages and Caravanning. We stayed in a tent which had a huge pitch (enough for our tent, car and a gazebo) which had stunning views of the Glastonbury Tor. Facilities were good on site. The site was lovely and peaceful, and Edd the owner was lovely and could answer any questions about location etc. The high street is a 5 minute drive, or a 20 minute walk. We will definitely be back!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2022 It is a lovely campsite. Situated at the bottom of the tor and near to Glastonbury town. Walkable. The owners were also lovely and friendly. We would stay again.
