About the site

The site enjoys a peaceful and truly beautiful setting, in easy driving distance of important points along the coast. There are five fabulous yurts in easy reach of the facilities, with lovingly furnished interiors, looking out over a carpet of wild flowers. Inside you'll be treated to a cosy wood burner and the opening at the crown of the yurt offers incredible views of the Milky Way. There's a double bed and futons in each to sleep five, with plenty of handy extras like a chest of drawers, cushions and blankets, plus a blanket box. The family team behind this glampsite look forward to welcoming you and making your stay one to remember.

Site facilities include shared hot showers and clean toilets with underfloor heating. You'll have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer (token operated), freezer and handy garden kitchen with a fridge and cooking supplies, plus a pizza oven outside. A cosy barn offers an indoor place for hanging out with toys, games and a fun play area outside.

Bredfield village is just a walk across the fields from the yurts and has a lovely playground for children and two very well maintained tennis courts which are free to use for site guests, so bring your tennis rackets or borrow one from the team!

Things to do on site and in the Woodbridge area

There is lots to do here, starting with exploring beautiful beaches, countryside, nature reserves, castles and the picturesque villages of the Suffolk heritage coast. Don't miss historic Woodbridge, or the ancient castle at Framlingham that inspired that famous Ed Sheeran song.

It is a wonderful area for cycling with National Route 1 nearby, walking, water sports and more. You'll find picturesque boat rides at Orford, and Walberswick, each more genteel than the next.

You're also well placed for superb music, food, art, literary culture and stunning vineyards such as Shawsgate.
