A note from the site themselves...
Here at Suddene, it's great to share the beautiful views, peace and quiet. I enjoy meeting our guests and even introducing some of the horses that live here, along with how we care for them.
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric)Jul 2024
We spent 3 weekends at this site. This is the perfect site for a quiet get away. Sarah was very welcoming and very helpful, would certainly stay again and recommend to others.
Thank you Sarah, hope to see you again soon.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Campervan PitchesJun 2024
We had a lovely weekend which was peaceful and relaxing. There are no facilities, so you need onboard loos and shower. The price doesn't reflect that, but there is disposal for chemical waste.
We had great access to walks, nature, quiet, the sound of birds, Kennet & Avon canal and a couple of local pubs.
Site's response
We are really clear on all of our information (including the confirmation email direct to our customers) that we don't have facilities, and the price is advertised clearly too - if a customer makes the choice to book knowing these things it is then rather strange to criticise it.
We primarily take motor homes and caravans for the very reason that we don't have facilities. This particular customer had a motorhome so it's not clear why you would want shared toilets/showers.
We're sorry if it detracted from the stay, there are plenty of sites in Wiltshire with facilities so next time perhaps you could try one of those. Kind regards, Sarah.
