Amazing place
Trailer Tent - Hardstanding and Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Sep 2026 We came to trial our trailer tent and I couldn't fault it. It was so lovely to have donkeys there, as well as alpacas and sheep. The man who owns it also had his dogs there and we fell in love! Honestly such a plus if you're an animal lover.
There are some works happening as they're having the ANPR finalised and it looks as though they are building some toilets…you can see this place has amazing potential. The work being done isn't particularly loud at all, so I wouldn't worry about that.
The pitch size is huge as well. The vibe is just really lovely and calm (slight noise from the road but nothing major) the man who runs it has a lovely vibe about him. Really recommend!

VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding and Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2026 What a fantastic experience.
Ssuch a relaxing peaceful place, stayed just one night in our VW T5 camper, Saturday until Sunday with a 3 year old toddler who just couldn't keep away from the donkeys. The fresh air and the quietness really did knock him out early, only he was so excited to see them again, he was up at the crack of dawn - boooo!
Water at pitch. Electric at pitch. So much space. If this place had a toilet and wash station, I wouldn't want to try anywhere else. But, I must add, I think this is in hand and will soon be a feature - please let this happen.
We walked just a 5 minute walk to the King's Arms for our dinner. We had booked already (which I suggest you do as I can see it gets busy).
The road can be a bit busy on your journey but it's really not that far. Had a lovey start to our Sunday morning. Normally, our little lad is happy to get back in the van, only this time, we had to bribe him with a trip to grandma's where he's spoiled rotten.
