Clear filters The calm before the storm
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 My son and I had a wonderful stay on a virtually empty site in the few days leading up to the Bank Holiday and half term. We had the option to pitch where we wanted and well away from anyone else. The ladies on reception were super friendly and helpful. The loos were spotless, as were the new showers. Just a great site in a great place and highly recommended.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Very nice location, you can stand wherever you want. For us it was a big campsite, but not crowded and very nice views of the Ponies. Very good shower!

Exactly what the new forest is about
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 On a bank holiday weekend after a wet spring, the very large campsite had a few areas too wet to camp. However there were still lots of choice and the only real restriction seems to be keeping a 6m gap between campers. A perfect retreat, regularly visited by cows and horses. A good base for walking and cycling. Those with younger children had loads of space for fun and games. The showers were nice and warm. The toilets very clean and modern. Would stay again.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Great bank holiday weekend at Roundhill campsite. Nice open site with roaming cattle and ponies. Great showers. Good location for Lymington and Beaulieu.
Perfect for pony spotting and space
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Mar 2024 We booked this site because we liked the idea of wondering ponies and a relaxed set up. The toilets and showers are relatively new and were clean and very functional.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to ask for our feedback and we are already looking to book again in warmer months.
Fantastic nature-filled stay

Lots of tent space and great facilities, the new showers were warm and clean.
We loved how immersed in nature the site was with wild ponies, deer, and cattle roaming around the campsite. There were lots of walks nearby.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Mar 2024 Great location - only around 15 minutes bike ride from Brockenhurst Station. The toilet and shower facilities were great - fairly clean and the showers had warm water!
Only complaint would be there wasn't a designated place for cleaning bikes - which when you are cycling in England on muddy tracks, is always helpful.
