The award winning Stanley Villa Farm Fishing and Camping offers 20 nicely spaced out pods and ten bell tents where you still get your own privacy, but you're never too far away to say "hi" to your neighbours and make new friends. Each is cosy with a fire pit and access to lodge facilities nearby. It also has a four acre carp fishing lake. It's 15 minutes to the bright lights of Blackpool and just a little further to the coast and beaches.

About Stanley Villa Farm Fishing and Camping
This glamping site is located in beautiful countryside, yet is just 15 minutes outside of Blackpool. If you've never tried glamping before, give it a go. It combines the fun of enjoying the great outdoors with a comfortable night's sleep. Campfires are allowed and each pod and bell tent comes with its own fire pit. Disposable BBQs, firewood and more is available onsite from the small shop. A selection of pods also include heating thanks to a radiator, which will keep you toasty any time. Pods don't have electricity (they include battery powered lanterns) but you can charge your phone in the facilities lodge. Inside there are beds, mattresses and (where needed) airbeds. One pod and one bell tent also include a wood fired hot tub. Both of the hot tubs overlook the lake, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The site has a lovely fishing lake which is perfect if you're into fishing for carp (up to 23lbs). Pegs are pre bookings only on Swim Booker. Just bring your own gear. They are also previous winners of the Lancashire Tourism Award for the Best Glamping Site The large grassy area outside of the pods is perfect for children to run around and play games on, whilst parents are able to relax outside the pods, keeping an eye out. There are also Sheep, Ducks and Chickens kept on site (fenced off) and feeding times and information talks are held. The lake is surrounded by wildlife and has been planted with native trees and hedges to blend in with the surrounding countryside. It's not unusual to see wild deer as well as the usual suspects (rabbits, squirrels, pheasants, and a large selection of birds including kingfishers, hawks, and owls). Many campers are happy just to sit outside their Pod, Bell Tent or the communal lodge and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the peaceful surroundings. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead. (No pets permitted in the Bell tents) This site also won Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park of the Year at the Lancashire Tourism Awards!
Camping pods are open all year except for Christmas week. Bell tents are available between Easter and November.
Bookings include 24 hour access to the beautiful Lakeside Lodge which has a kitchen with a kettle, microwave, toaster, two tall fridge-freezers, three sparkling clean wet rooms with toilets and hot showers, plus a large common room.
Power sockets are available in the lodge, and a second block of four loos is available close to the pods.
Fishing is available on the lake. The Eagle is an excellent local pub (5 minute drive) and there's a nearby Indian restaurant, a sports bar and lots more places to eat and drink at Lytham.

Absolutely amazing place. Ended up staying an extra night in the hot tub pod and wow it was amazing. Defo will be back.

Thought the site was really nice. The layout of the pods was good and there was enough space between the pods. The pods were basic but clean. The only criticism I would have would be the cleanliness of the communal areas. A nice big space to sit in, but it could be a lot cleaner. Again, showering facilities could be cleaner. I would say it's value for money and I would probably return.

Lovely site - quiet, great views of the lake and animals on site! Staying in the bell tent was amazing - fabulously decorated and great value for money. Having the communal lodge on site was a lifesaver, staff were all super friendly, will be back!

Things to do on site and in the Preston area
Onsite, there is a large grassy play area in front of the pods for children to run around and play (whilst you can sit outside your pod and keep an eye on them).
There are various local heritage walks and cycle routes around the Fylde coast, as well as a host of traditional country pubs. The nearest country pub is The Eagle - a fantastic choice for food.
You'll be only a 15 minute drive from the attractions of Blackpool, including:
