The site offers a quiet base to unwind on a rural working farm, with countryside views stretching across the Chilterns National Landscape. It's ideally located just ten minutes from Leighton Buzzard, Whipsnade Zoo, Tring and more, making it a great base for family trips. Walkers are also well catered for, with Ivinghoe Beacon just a 15 minute walk away. Onsite, there are non electric grass pitches suitable for tents, roof tents, trailer tents, and campervans. There are also eight electric grass pitches for trailer tents, caravans and campervans, as well as seven fully serviced 7m x 3m hardstanding pitches with 16 amp electric, grey waste, WiFi and water hook ups, suitable for trailer tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Please note that all electric hook ups are 16 amps and the maximum caravan/motorhome size is 8m. For glampers, there's also the option of furnished bell tents sleeping up to four people, located in both the bottom and top field. Families are well catered for too, with a large play area, trim trail and a rustic indoor games barn with table tennis and football tables. On weekends and throughout the summer season, you can enjoy pop-up food caterers serving delicious cooked meals, sweet treats and drinks. Don't forget to explore the nearby village of Ivinghoe, just a short 15 minute stroll away, with a few shops, including a farm shop, cafes and a traditional pub. Up to two dogs are welcome onsite, with a range of walking routes nearby, so you can bring your pup along for the adventure too. Raised BBQs and fires are welcome (weather permitting), with fire pits available to hire, cooking grills available to rent, and firewood, kindling and starters available to purchase.
