About the site
A perfect spot for enjoying the outdoors. The site is set within the popular Brecon Beacons National Park (Bannau Brycheiniog). Llangors Lake is also by the site where guests can go on scenic waterside walks, hire a boat or paddle board, or unwind with a spot of fishing.
Grass pitches are spread across three camping fields fondly named Ernies, Elwyns and the Orchard, providing plenty of room and space for an awning and a car. Tent campers can choose between non electric and 10 amp electric pitches.
For tourers there's a choice of 10 amp electric grass pitches and electric hardstanding pitches, allowing caravans up to 7m and motorhomes up to 7.5m. All of the pitches allow a maximum of six people per pitch.
There are also some two and three bedroom static caravans available for hire.
A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome per pitch, just please make sure they stay on the lead.
Campfires are not permitted onsite. BBQs must be raised off the ground so they don't damage the grass.

Lakeside Caravan Park is open from 20/03 to 01/11.
Facilities include toilets, showers, laundry, WiFi, a cafe and a shop that stocks basic supplies as well as fishing gear. The site is adjacent to Llangorse Lake, ideal for watersports with row boats, paddle boards, pedaloes and fishing boats available to hire. You can also go fishing and water skiing.
Lakeside Bar is right next to the site and a 15 minute walk will take you into Llangors village where there's The Red Lion and Castle Inn.

Lakeside Caravan and Camping Park is a family run park that has been passed through the generations. We love being able to help people coming to visit the beautiful Llangorse Lake and Brecon Beacons National Park.

Things to do on site and in the Brecon area
The location here is superb for exploring the incredible Brecon Beacons and finding adventure. It's just a stone's throw from Llangorse Lake with plenty of activities including fishing, canoeing, kayaking and horse riding.
The Black Mountains Activities Centre is a 15 minute drive away and is great for adrenalin fuelled activities like white water rafting, climbing and abseiling.
Brecon is also only a 15 minute drive away, a charming market town with shops and eateries. You can also visit The Royal Welsh Regimental Museum and stroll along the Brecon Canal Basin.
