About the site

The perfect location for a coastal getaway. Located on the Gower Peninsula, the site is surrounded by sandy beaches, with unbeatable views over Three Cliffs Bay, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening! Guests can choose from a range of spacious pitches, but be sure to opt for one of the 'Full Sea View' options if you want the best views onsite. There are grass pitches for tents, small campervans, trailer tents and roof tents, with the largest pitches being 17m x 10m or 10m x 15m. Campervans, motorhomes, roof tents and caravans can pitch up on hardstanding or all weather pitches (set on grass with a stone base for drainage). If you fancy a bit more privacy, there are large grass pitches with 9m hedging either side, too. Every touring pitch includes a 16 amp electric hook up, drinking water tap, a six seater picnic bench and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows in the evening. Logs and starter packs can also be purchased from the handy onsite shop. If glamping is more your style, opt for one of the cosy yurts or bell tents. The yurts include a double oak bed, pull-out sofa bed, bedding and towels. Inside, you'll find a tea and coffee station, fridge, lighting, electric, and a dining set with all the cooking essentials. Outside, you can relax with a gas BBQ, hob, fire pit, and picnic table! Or, opt for one of the the deluxe yurts which has a slightly different sleeping arrangement with a double bed, two single beds with bedding and linen provided, and a fifth person fold up bed where linen can be provided. The bell tents also sleep up to four with a double oak bed and two single beds. Perfect if you want a luxury alternative to a camping getaway. Evenings can be spent enjoying a BBQ (just be sure they do not affect the grass), with fire pits available to borrow too. The onsite shop is also stocked with local meat, beers, wines, groceries and fresh produce. You can also pick up a tasty pizza from the shop (available till 7.45pm), or try out Food Anarchy and Babita's Spice Deli, two visiting food trucks. Dogs are welcome too, and you can even take a trip down to the beach as pups are allowed 12 months of the year. There is even a dog walking area and showers for sandy paws!

Bistro 1948 is an onsite kitchen open every day from 8am to 7.45pm, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner options, including a full English, brunch, burgers, toasties, jacket potatoes and hot drinks. The Gower Inn is also only 30 minutes away.

Roof Tent - Large Electric Grass PitchesApr 2026

This campsite has an absolitely spectacular location, perched on the cliffs above Three Cliffs Bay! But once you get over the incredible views and scenery, many other services and staff are very good too. The campsite is scrupulously clean and tidy, with the showers/ toilet block very clean, large and with all facilities. The campsite shop / cafe has a good variety of food, drinks and equipment and serves hot drinks all day as well as a good selection of tasty food that you an eat there or takeaway. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, so that was good too. Not wishign to end on a negative but the only reason I did not give it 5 stars for everything was that my pitch was in the corner of the furthest field, not really near anything or any other campers, but it soon filled up with others. Overall, this is an excellent campsite, not just for it's stunning location, but the fantastic staff and has everything you could need!
