Moss Side Farm Campsite sits in the beautiful southern fells of the Lake District National Park. Quietly nestled in scenic Woodland Valley, close to Coniston. Views here are second to none. This small, family-run campsite is a traditional Lakeland Hill farm with sheep, cows, horses, ducks, pigs and hens onsite. There are many beautiful footpaths leading to and from the site, as well as space to relax and explore.

Lovely campsite with stunning view from the tent. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Having the firepits made the stay even more enjoyable.. The facilities were decent and cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend and would come back and visit again!

We visited here in a period of torrential rain so probably didn’t see the campsite at its best. However, we were made very welcome, and the site we were given had great views. The site itself is in a working farm and it was lovely to have dogs and ducks roaming freely. Our dog is excitable, but was made welcome as long as she behaved - which she did! We are hoping to visit again when it is a bit less wet.
