About Blagdon Farm
This small holding in the land of Ruby Red cattle offers two excellent camping and caravanning areas with the choice of hardstanding or grass pitches, plus electric. Set 175m from the site's excellent lake is the Barn Owl Field, with a selection of pitches on a slight gradient for tents and tourers. The premium area of the site includes lake views and very easy access to the water, plus a number of fully serviced pitches which are ideal for those looking to fish.
Lakeview pitches are open all year round, whereas the Barn Owl pitches are open from Easter to October.
Site facilities include male, female and unisex toilets housed within a pool complex, which also includes accessible facilities, power showers and changing rooms. Guests have access to an indoor heated pool (Easter until October), games room and a coarse fishing lake.

The farm is quick drive from sandy Cornish beaches - with Bude and Widemouth Bay being the perfect bucket and spade options. And if the quintessential local village and its pretty scenery is on your list, breeze around Boscastle and snap up some of Rick Stein's fish and chips in Padstow.
For a charming port, visit Clovelly and then get lost in the fairy tale setting of famous Tintagel Castle. The bright lights of Launceston with its historic castle, nostalgic steam railway and bustling shopping centre is only 10 miles away from your base.
Easily in reach for days out are the Eden Project, St Ives' Tate gallery and RHS Rosemoor Gardens.
