Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Touring PitchesNov 2025

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Yew Tree Inn. First night had cider and pizza in the pub which was delicious. Friendly, helpful staff at the pub. Great atmosphere. Used the bus service just outside into Ross on Wye. Enjoyed a walk around the charity shops in Ross. Enjoyed the tea shops and the Welsh cakes.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring PitchesNov 2025

The site was small, which we prefer, and pub on site was very nice. We walked the orchard way to Broome Farm. Had a meal at Yew Tree Inn. The site is within walking distance to Ross-on-Wye. Unfortunately, it was dark on our return so we walked along the pavement on main road, but they were altering pavement and it was dangerous! We wanted another meal at the Inn on Sunday night but no meals are served Sundays, and they only do pizzas and chips which were really nice. The look of the site is spoiled by the old caravans, a bit off-putting. The toilets and showers were immaculate and also really warm. We had plenty of room for our awning and site was very quiet. We arrived on a very bad day, windy and heavy rain, but fortunately it got a lot better. We would go there again as the price is good.

Great stay!

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring PitchesNov 2025

Campsite was easy to find and in a great location to exactly what we needed! We'd been recommended it by family and will stay again. Facilities was clean and tidy and not far from your van. The pub was nice and cosy with welcoming staff. They do food every night other than Wednesdays, but bar snacks were available. Thank you!

A note from the site themselves...

We love running our local pub, having run the farm adjacent since 1930 and have slowly expanded and refreshed it since 2014. Our caravan site is now open all year round with lovely hardstandings. The farm itself is open to the public and we are proud to open our orchard walk in 2025, which has been very well received by the public, with a 2.5km walk or 5km route available!
