Cottage-Waters is a countryside touring park for adults only, just ten minutes from the coast. Being just a couple of minutes from the A52, the site is also well-located for exploring the rest of Lincolnshire. There are large grassy pitches for caravans and motorhomes, each with a 16 amp metered electric hook point payable onsite. Guests can enjoy wildlife spotting and watching the sunset. Dogs are more than welcome too.

If you're looking for a getaway without the kids or just a more relaxed destination away from the hustle and bustle of modern day life, then this spot in Lincolnshire may be the place for you. Having previously scooped up the commended award for Best Couple's Campsite in the East Midlands, it has loyal regulars who return year after year. The site is home to just 15 grass pitches, each with a 16 amp electric hook up which is metered and payable onsite or go green by using your own gas and solar for an off-grid stay. Each pitch welcomes both caravans and motorhomes. Whether you prefer to explore the countryside or local towns and places, there's guaranteed to be somewhere perfect for you. Look across the fields in any direction and you will be rewarded with superb views, great for wildlife spotting and plenty of bird song. Within a 20 minute drive, you can reach Skegness, Mablethorpe, and Chapel St Leonards with their beautiful, sandy Blue Flag beaches. For outdoorsy adventures, it's only a ten minute drive to the beautiful Wolds. Explore the beautiful surroundings with plenty of walks with nearby pubs, restaurants, cafes and a bus stop all close by. For evenings in the open, BBQs are welcome, as long as they are raised from the ground. Please note, campfires are prohibited. Up to two dogs per pitch are also welcome any more please ask. There is even a 3/4 acre dog walk where your furry friends are able to run free, great for those dogs with good recall as it is not fenced off. Please note, there are no toilet and shower facilities onsite. The site no longer offers fishing.
