Wonderfully peaceful campsite!

Our stay here was fantastic, there are so many activities nearby and campsite is wonderfully idyllic. A very peaceful place to spend a weekend or even longer. Will definitely be returning!

Amazing campsite

Bathrooms were spotless, lovely vibe. Cute river at the site, dog friendly and they have a little shop (quite handy). The owner is great, totally recommend it.

Lovely quiet, clean campsite

Lovely campsite, with great views. Very quiet and all amenities i.e toilets showers etc, very clean. Was an excellent base for local tourism travel.

A perfect, quiet campsite

A perfect quiet campsite slightly off the beaten track to explore Wales A beautiful site just outside of Bangor - we stayed in late March so maybe not in high season, but we found the site to be well set out and great facilities for camping! Big pitches, electric hook-up, quiet. I would say a necessity to drive as it is a few miles to the nearest village. We found our pitch a bit rocky when putting our pegs in, so I would suggest bringing some strong/rock/hard ground tent pegs. Great on clear nights if you enjoy admiring the stars alongside a nice campfire.

Great location and facilities!

The owner was friendly, the facilities were nice and clean and the location was great for the purposes of my trip. Would recommend!

Great site

Great place to stay for Snowdonia and Anglesey.

Very good camp site

Good camp site, a bit remote for picking up groceries and local amenities. Very clean and spacious, site facilities could be a little better like plug sockets in the kitchen, a kettle/microwave as weather was bad and could not cook outside. Would have been a little easier if they had these facilities.

Great site

Spent 7 nights here just me and the dog. Excellent facilities really clean. Large pitches, fantastic scenery. Close to main road so getting about was easy. Even though I was on my own (50 year old woman) I felt really safe. Will definitely return.

Quiet and clean

Really lovely campsite with everything that you need. Close to Snowdonia and Anglesey.

Perfect!

This is a hidden gem of a campsite! The owners are amazing and ensure everything is perfect! Arrival was perfect and we were met and shown to our pitch! The facilities were spotless and were perfect for our stay!

Lovely little homely site. Spotless showers, kitchen and well kept site. The owners were so welcoming and friendly. We shall be back, it's a great location for lots of places.

Great camping spot

The site was great and only a short drive to some lovely places to visit. It was really well looked after and provided toilets, shower block and a utility area for washing dishes (and a washing machine if needed). The kids loved the playground too. We hired a fire pit (made from a recycled washing machine drum) which was great to tell ghost stories round on our last night. We would definitely visit again!

Very pleasant site

We had a very enjoyable stay. Loved how quiet it was. Clean and tidy. Shower facilities great especially disabled shower. Friendly hosts. Hope to come back again next year.

Fantastic site

Thanks to Paul and co for great stay. 1 hard standing motorhome, 2 tent pitches, it was great to have them all in the same space together. Really pleasant site and family friendly. There was lots of space and it was good for BBQs & fires. Location is accessible. Facilities are accessible. 15 min drive to Llanberis.

North Wales camping trip

Had a lovely weekend camping on this well laid out and looked after site. Toilet, shower and washing facilities all good and very clean. The separated areas meant sound travelled less and being away from the main road meant it was quiet. Plenty of drinking water taps and well mowed areas for camping on. Also, tent spaces were generously spaced, so plenty of room between neighbours. The children's play area via a fun path was really appreciated. Well away from campers to hear any noise. We spotted the chickens and goats while playing. This is a really safe site for kids. Plenty of open space for play and making friends. Position to Snowdonia and the coast is excellent. Tried a few local pubs just a 10 min or so drive away and cafes all were great.

Handy site, value for money with good facilities.

Fantastic value for money, lady that booked us in was lovely, ideal spot for me and my grandson to spend a few days. Facilities excellent for the price, the washing up area was a real bonus. Plenty of hot water in showers.

Beautiful site

Fantastic site, great place to set off for snowdon. Bangor is close by for everything you would need.

Lovely place to stay

Fabulous location, mountain views. Flat site for pitching tent nice big pitch area. Good facilities with everything we needed and lots of space. Very friendly and helpful hosts. An excellent location for getting to the shops, mountains, and the coast. Could not have asked for more and will definitely go back.

Highly recommended

The site was the perfect location for the activities we had planned, Zip World, Snowdon and Anglesey. No pub within easy walking distance but that didn't detract from our experience. The site team were very nice.
