VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2024 Amazing site, great service and very good facilities. The site was amazing, lovely scenery and very well kept. The service when checking in was great, very friendly and helpful. Finally, the facilities were very well maintained and had everything you could need. Highly recommend this campsite.

Fantastic stay
Glamping Cabin - Studio Pod Cabins Apr 2024 Lovely place and can't fault anything at all.
Lovely staff too, who were very accommodating as we forgot towels, which they very kindly provided for us.
Will definitely return.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2024 Easy to find and great access. Instant good first impression on arrival by very warm and friendly staff at reception, with great local information.
Pitch was level in a small cul de sac area, which made it feel relaxing. Shower block was nice, warm and clean. Dog walk nearby.
A 15 min walk to a bus stop to York where we explored on two days. It would have been easy to hop on a bus or train to further destinations.
We will stay again.

One night stay VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2024 Hard to give a fair review as we only stayed one night and there was a problem with the water system. It was fixed by the next day. We were out in the evening, so it didn't affect us much.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2024 Very nice campsite in beautiful setting. Busy site but in general, was quiet throughout our 2 night stay.
Great onsite facilities with play area and games room, as well as a little shop with good variety of items. Toilet & shower block was clean at all times. Would highly recommend this site.
Excellent pod the essence of glamping!
Glamping Cabin - Studio Pod Cabins Mar 2024 We had such a lovely stay at The Nurseries Caravan Park.
Super easy to find and check in with lovely friendly owners. The caravan park is well run and cared for. The pod was perfect for us with everything we needed with super comfy beds. Great shower and hot water. This felt like several levels up from the Shepherds hut we have stayed in before (elsewhere) so we felt really lucky to have found it!
We had a great long weekend and the kids enjoyed it. Easy to get into York from there. The park and ride not far away as well as the supermarket in easy reach. We had a fab stay and have no complaints!
We would highly recommend.

It's a lovely site & with excellent facilities. A great location & decent sized pitches. We'll certainly stay here again.
Pleasantly surprised
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2024 Booked this caravan site blind and it turned out to be very very good.
Gentleman at reception was both friendly and helpful. Pitch was fine. Facilities were 9 out of 10. Play park looked great. Shop was reasonably stocked. Shops, pubs and restaurants only minutes away.
Would definitely come back again.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2024 Lovely peaceful site, good size pitches, a little tight to get in and out of. Very handy 7 minute drive to the park and ride for visiting York, with dedicated Motorhome parking.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2024 Site was easy to find and pitches easy to locate. Very welcoming at reception and provided information needed for stay. Facilities were clean and well kept. Easy bus route into York, bus stop a 10-15 min walk from campsite and easy to locate. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Weekend away as a couple in our Campervan. Site was really easy to find and really clean and tidy, despite heavy rain. Facilities very good. We used it as a base to get into York city centre. Bus was about 10 min walk away and then about 40 mins on bus. We got an Uber back for £12.
Only gripe was the pitch was quite sloping and despite putting ramps under our wheels, we couldn't get the van level. All in all though, lovely stay and would definitely come back again, thank you.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Absolutely fantastic site - great facilities (especially with being in a campervan) toilet and shower area so clean and warm (we went end of October) washing/drying facilities and ironing as well as washing up water and waste disposal and games room and play park.
Fabulous service and great customer care- 5 + stars.

Great place, will stay again
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Really lovely park with wonderful amenities and a great location. Had a power outage during our stay and the staff were incredible in making sure we were well cared for.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Super Pitches Oct 2023 Lovely campsite, very quiet, toilet and shower block was very clean. Although, the showers were a bit of a frustration as you have to keep pressing the button for the water.
There is a pub in the next village that serves meals and I can recommend the fish & chips.
All in all, a good campsite, and if we get the chance, we will be back.

Great clean, amenities, dog walk, cycle paths and eventually found the bus stop to get into York.
A revisit to York
Single Axle Caravan - Hardstanding Super Pitches Sep 2023 A good reception from the owners on arrival, with plenty of information, including a map as to where our pitch was.
All facilities were clean & very acceptable.
We have no complaints.
Good location
Single Axle Caravan - Hardstanding Super Pitches Sep 2023 This is in a good location for getting about York and surrounding areas either by car or bus.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on a serviced pitch and this was our first time on this type of pitch. It was a good long pitch, on hardstanding. One small point, when we arrived we found that someone had not cleaned up after their dog, which was a bit of a nuisance.
The toilets and showers were clean, although they could benefit from an update. It would also be useful to have a bit more space in the shower.
