About the site

Set within 6.5 acres of open countryside beneath Lincolnshire's vast skies, Cottage-Waters is a peaceful adults-only retreat created especially for couples looking to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by tranquil rural scenery, the park offers a quiet escape from the pace of everyday life, with spacious pitches thoughtfully spread across rolling grassland, giving every guest plenty of room to unwind in their own private corner of the countryside. Whether you're setting off to explore scenic country walks, cycling along peaceful rural lanes, discovering the nearby coastline, or simply relaxing beside your caravan or motorhome with a good book and a glass of wine, every moment at Cottage-Waters is designed to help you slow down and enjoy the simpler things in life. As evening falls, sit back and admire the spectacular Lincolnshire sunsets while listening to the sounds of local wildlife in the surrounding fields. The park has just 15 spacious grass pitches, creating an intimate and uncrowded atmosphere. Each pitch is suitable for caravans and motorhomes and is equipped with a 16-amp metered electric hook-up, payable on site. If you prefer a more self-sufficient getaway, you're also welcome to enjoy an off-grid stay using your own gas and solar power, making Cottage-Waters an excellent choice for those seeking a greener camping experience. Please note that the park does not provide toilet or shower facilities, so guests will need to bring their own onboard amenities. This makes the site ideal for self-contained caravans and motorhomes looking for a peaceful, back-to-basics touring experience. Perfectly positioned for exploring the very best of Lincolnshire, the park is just a short drive from the popular seaside resorts of Skegness, Mablethorpe, and Chapel St Leonards, where you'll find award-winning Blue Flag sandy beaches, traditional seaside attractions, and plenty of places to eat and drink. The beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, are also only around 10 minutes away, offering fantastic walking, cycling, and breathtaking countryside views. Closer to the park you'll find local pubs, cafés, restaurants, village amenities, and a nearby bus stop, making it easy to explore without travelling far. For relaxed evenings outdoors, raised BBQs are welcome, allowing you to dine under the stars. Campfires are not permitted to help preserve the peaceful surroundings and protect the grassland. Dogs are very much part of the Cottage-Waters experience, with up to three dogs welcome on each pitch (please contact us if you wish to bring more). Your four-legged companions will love stretching their legs in the dedicated ¾-acre dog walking area, where dogs with good recall can enjoy plenty of space to run and play. With countless countryside walks and dog-friendly beaches nearby, it's the perfect destination for both you and your canine companions.

Cottage-Waters is open from 28/03 to 29/11. Pitches from £20/night for 2 people.
